When I asked if they had a dress in a larger size they said no and that they are a “contemporary” boutique for only “fashion forward styles”. Basically stating that their store isn’t for you if you’re above a size 10, which to them isn’t “in fashion” ….lol.
I wasn’t done looking around but was so turned off by the ignorant and discriminating comment I had to leave.
Owner, please don’t forget — you are open to serve the community so start adapting towards supporting your diverse sized/shape community members who then will support your small business.

I remembered seeing some reviews about a store in this plaza that we were pretty poor, mainly because of the rude customer service. I walked in and knew immediately it was this one. None of the 3 associates, all standing together, bothered to greet me. 1 made eye contact with me twice yet didn’t acknowledge me. The other 2 did later but by then I knew I wouldn’t purchase anything here.

I've been trying to patronize this business since they were in Delmar. The service is awful. I may have made @10 trips here and only purchased when I was greeted- first time when pregnant, second time when the shoes outweighed the customer service. Went yesterday for the LAST time to prove to my friend that we should boycott. Walked in the door, 4-5 sales associates standing around the register. NO ONE SPOKE to us. We browsed the front, walked to the back and not a simple "hello". I've always suspected that it was because i am black but that's the easy way out. My friend is Korean and they did the same to her (perhaps because she was with me lol). This business is just whack and their selections have declined since the 90s. Save your money, shop elsewhere.

I was VERY very disappointed in customer service. I entered the store without even an acknowledgement. A simple hello, would of been nice. I was never approached with "can I help you with something". i think they all missed the 101 in meet and greet!! The store did have some lovely but overpriced items. Will not be returning.

I love this store. It is not somewhere I would go for everyday shopping, but when I need something special, I know they will have what I need. Just recently I had an occasion to attend and needed the “right” blouse for a special skirt. I walked in with work out clothes and a ball cap, and someone was immediately there to say hi, with no pressure…just to let me know she was there. I did need help! I showed Alex the a picture of the skirt I need a blouse with. She told me she knew they had a few things that looked great with the cute skirt I had. With in 10 minutes, she found the perfect blouse for me, I had paid and was on my way back home. Outstanding customer service in this store as well as amazing clothing. Thank you again Alex!!!

While visiting Albany I needed a dress for my mothers funeral and stumbled upon Circles after visiting a nearby mall. Albany isn’t known for fashion and after visiting Circles, I realized Albany also isn’t known for basic things like customer respect or customer services.First, I wasn’t greeted when I walked into the store. Strange since the store was empty and at least 3 helpers were roaming around.After I found a suit I liked, one of the shop helpers tried to wrestle it out of my hand and insisted I leave it at the front desk. This happened 2 more times while I walked around with the suit in my hand for the purpose of color and style matching my perspective purchase with a shirt.When I finally found items I wanted to purchase and gave the cashier my card; she pretended there was some type of error and she needed my debit card pin number. She didn’t allow me to enter my own pin number and wanted me to give it to her.When I couldn’t decide between two outfit options, I asked the shop helper about their return option. She told me there were no returns. However the receipt clearly states there’s a 10 day return policy.The entire visit was odd, and laughable. To be harassed by shop keepers in a one-horse town at a store that’s laughable in every major city wasn’t how I planned on spending my day.

Circles is one of my favorite places to shop! The ladies there are super friendly and always help me pick out things for specific events I have coming up. They have a variety of price ranges, which gives me a good variety pending the event I’m attending. Some of my favorite pieces are from this store and none of them have gone out of style. I know I will be able to wear them for years to come!! Thanks ladies for always helping me look my best!!!
