Where do I begin? Purchased 6 appliances from Cocca’s for a new Airbnb I own. Dryer arrived with a large white scratch across the dark gray paint and a big dent in the side. Delivery guys told me to call and receive money off the appliance because swapping it out and waiting weeks wasn’t an option. They quickly offered me $75 off. I spent $7,800 on new appliances and am a returning customer, I thought they would offer a bit more for the headache. They said they had to reach out to their “rep” to grant a larger discount. I waited weeks and had to make several phone calls back and forth in order to have a $100 credit given. Next the freezer isn’t working, just after 30 days of purchase. Called Frigidaire to get help and they said my appliance was already registered under a different customer. It took several phone calls back and forth to Cocca’s to get this resolved and either the line is busy, someone is on a lunch break or the person answering doesn’t have a clue. Do yourself a favor and go some place else. UPDATE: the appliance man came out several days later and fixed the freezer issue. I was happy they fit me in quickly and are always good at what they do.

Purchased all appliances for our new kitchen. Made a big deal about 10 year warranty for veteranstatus. Less than 2 years microwave problem, oh that's not covered. Less than 5 years dishwasher leaking. Oh, only thing covered is pump. 151 dollars to have appliance man LOOK at it. Got a call, another 250+ to have 20 dollars in plastic parts installed. So basically $400 , that's half the cost of a new dishwasher. I would never buy from coccas again and they don't have service they make you call appliances man, who is a total rip off

I would give a negative 100 if I could. WATCH your bank account or use cash! I was charged TWICE!! $700. Their response oh well, not our issue." I have contacted our bank on fraudulent charges and going about getting it back. I would NEVER buy another thing here again. Be very cautious ⚠️

I nanny for a family. They ordered a new washer a month ago. Keep getting told another week. I'd personally never buy anything here.

Avoid at all costs. These corrupt clowns did an inept job installing the water line to the ice maker of our new refrigerator, which sprayed all over the wall causing a severe mildew issue that required a professional mold appraisal. But it gets better. When we purchased the refrigerator, a salesman said he'd have someone install it, but would state on the paperwork that it was a "customer install" so we wouldn't have to pay for it. Sounded like a nice gesture at the time, though I now realize it's a way to hold the customer responsible for an ice maker water line breaking and causing house damage. Clever, but also reprehensible. Sure enough, when Cocca's was contacted about the issue, an extremely defensive and nasty woman told us it was our fault for installing it incorrectly. When it was pointed out that we didn't install it, she denied that this could be a possibility. And now? $175 for a mold inspection, and another $200-$300 for a repair. Here's an idea: be a decent, forthright business that doesn't screw people over to make a buck, because in the end your reputation matters. Or at least it should.

When my refrigerator died in January 2022, my husband and I opted to support a local business to buy a new one. Granted, we were in the middle of Covid, social distancing, show room closed, supply chain issues, etc., but we were pretty much forced to buy blind based solely on the dimensions I needed. Fair enough. Three year parts and labor and free delivery sounded good. It took a few weeks for the refrigerator to come in so we stocked a cooler with ice to store our food. Supply chain after all. The guys who delivered and installed were great. Very professional and they hooked the ice maker up to my water supply and made sure everything looked good. A year and a half later and the hose to the ice maker sprang a leak. Due to the heat and moisture we discovered a mold/mildew issue. We cleaned it up and had a mold inspection. While moving the refrigerator to double check everything was clean, the ground prong broke off. When we contacted Cocca's they were very defensive. We were told according to paperwork we were responsible for attaching the ice maker water line so "that is on you." I explained that, no, the installers did it. There was complete bafflement as to why that happened and it must be our fault. Fine. We got a junk product. Then the next helpful tip was to purchase a new grounding matrix cord and install it myself. After calling the supply place they recommended who did not know what part to order and watching a YouTube video on the "very simple" process of changing a power cord on a major appliance I opted to call another appliance repair company. I am sorry but next time I will have to go with Home Depot.

We bought 4 appliances from this store and they came with a 3 year warranty. 6 months into the purchase, there was an issue with the shelfing on the refrigerator. We called the 'appliance man" and they came and said they would order the parts. They never came back with parts and we called Frank to assist. Three years later it was never resolved and now Frank(owner) says we are past our warranty! Store not recommended!! All appliances are slowly having issues now that 'warranty"is up. Does not honor service contract. I would not recommend nor would buy from them again.

Really liked doing business with Coccas. Had to wait for a long time for the product but it was not their fault. Buying product there was much more personal than buying in a big box store. Have bought different products there for 30 years. Love that they cover their product for 3 years after purchase. Would go there again!

Buyer beware DO NOT buy a frigidaire refrigerator or buy any appliances from Cocca's appliances. This is my 4th replacement in 18 months. Yes you read that right, number 4! a lot of money for poor customer service and quality. I am a big supporter of small business and went out of my way to be understanding with covid, supply chain issues, and employee shortages. We spent over 6k to have matching appliances for our remodel. The refrigerator ice maker last 3 months and stops working. Although clearly there is a manufacturing issue by frigidaire we are treated like the issue is unheard of and have to fight for a solution! Frigidaire (if you can even talk to a person) points the finger at Cocca's and Cocca's points their finger at frigidaire. We have been told by Frank and Laurie from Cocca's it must be a site issue and twice had Adam the technician/trouble shooter confirm it is not my house, not my water supply or my well. Frank the owner has offered no apology or compensation for my inconvenience/missed time from work. He is condescending and rude. No one from Cocca's or frigidaire follow up to communicate status despite many phone calls. Frank pretends he has no idea who we are every time we call than pawns us off to Laurie who offers excuse after excuse after excuse. This last time we told them we did not want the same refrigerator and were promised a different refrigerator. Today after months of excuses they delivered the same refrigerator. The only positive thing I can say 3 out the 4 times the delivery person Brian has been top notch, efficient and professional. Feel free to share to prevent this from happening to anyone else you know!#Frigidaire #FrigidaireStainless #FRIGIDAIRE富及第家電

Be very careful! A simple service call can take months of waiting, recalling, and excuses. They do not service stuff—you might want to consider using a Big Box store to get your appliances from.

Just received an ad from this store and it reminded me of a purchase from a few years ago. Purchased a top ranked brand. Sales staff were friendly. But it had problems and we returned it. Sales staff changed their tune and ridiculed us for having the nerve to say a top ranked brand didn't work correctly. They acted incredulous. What they failed to understand is that being top ranked doesn't mean *every* machine produced is free of issues. Just that there are LESS issues. Sales staff took the machine back and we purchased a different brand. Before leaving the store the manager took me into his office and growled to me: "Don't ever come back, do you understand". Despite the new machine being one that another customer returned because its control board was compromised, we decided to keep it and not face a nasty, threatening sales staff. The machine was good enough and we operate it with a compromise but at least the water pump works, which is more that can be said about the first machine.
