I had a great experience being helped by the staff at coles collision. From the time I dropped off my car and the time I picked it up service was amazing. I found when I picked up my car it was vacuumed and cleaned inside in out. Fantastic coles is a class act. Would definitely recommend!!

CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!! If I could give these crooks zero stars I would! They had our car over 6 months for minor front end collision damage! A week after Range Rover serviced the car for engine repair (belt broke) had it running top notch! I leave my car with them for body damage 6 months later they call and say the car is done we grab the car engine light is on long story short they messed up a sensor and WOULD NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT! Had the nerve to tell us it was going! Well false I have an EMAIL from RANGE ROVER IN ALBANY STATING THAT WHEN THEY FIXED THE BELT IF THE SENSOR WAS GOING IT WOULD Have SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SERVICED IT! Went back and forth with these ppl even the GM! They wouldn’t pay $1000 dollars to fix something they did after they greased the insurance company for over $20,000 dollars yes you are reading it right! 20,000 for minor front end damage! They billed two headlights that were cracked for over $5,000 each! Knowing they paid no more than 1,000 dollars for them they replaced the radiator and a few brackets did a shitty paint job and billed the insurance over 20,000 not including 6 months in a rental! They are straight crooks! I REPORTED THEM ALONG WILL ALL THE TRUTHFUL DOCUMENTATION TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! They have more reports than just me! Imagine them milking the insurance company for that much money and messing up a sensor and lying about it! Go somewhere else they CANNOT BE TRUSTED FOR OVER 20,000 my rims should have been painted 24karat gold! Dirty work@ Cole’s collision!

Came for an estimate on body work. Staff was friendly and professional. Chris explained what he was looking at, what he saw, and explained how the work would be done. He informed me about the length of time to complete work and any potential delays.

Cole’s did a great job keeping me updated of progress was made on my car! The outcome was better than I had hoped and my car looked brand new! I did have the work done under insurance but the same quality was kept regardless! We’ve had Coles do our collision work prior and they’ve always gone above and beyond!

After some low life keyed my Mercedes I shopped around to a few different body shops. Coles has the best reviews so I took it there for an estimate and honestly I see why. They really are amazing. The process was so easy. I really had no issues with getting a hold of anyone, the time table was accurate, and finally the end result was amazing. My car looks like it did when I got it out of the showroom. Outstanding work. Ricky really knows how to take care of his customers and I definitely recommend the shop. I have another vehicle with some minor damage I’m going to bring to him for an estimate soon. Definitely have a new customer!

Coles is the best repair shop I've ever used over the last 48 years. Rickey, Odell, and Sam went out of thier way in getting my vehicle repaired. They each are bar none. Each are, professional, respectful, and thorough to say the least. The have great customer service and thier quality of work is exceptional. I was very pleased with everything they did for me and my vehicle. I highly recommend Coles!

I just wanted to share that I dropped by Cole's after realizing that my Yukon had a dent in the hood that I didn't know how it happened. I was looking for an estimate any Ricky DePiero greeted me at the door and looked at the car in less than a minute. He told me I would be better off having a dent repair company fix the problem and then bring it back to him for touch up. He said a body job would have been over $2k and the solution he provided was less than $200. It's hard to find good honest people these days, I can tell you that I will recommend him to everyone I know and also let you know he didn't charge a dime for the touch up. Thanks to Ricky and his team! I appreciate you!
