For some reason I wasn't able to pay my bill online like normal so I called and the guy said everything was fine in his end but i was still unable to pay the bill I know was due so he sent me to customer service. I've been on the phone with customer service for almost an hour and a half still on hold. "We appreciate your patience" but yet all reps are conveniently busy while inconveniencing me at work having to be on hold this long trying to pay a bill I should've been able to pay online...

Opened a local account for when I move there this year. When I opened the account, was told no fees and requested no paper statements, which was confirmed. Instead, they kept charging me and drained the account of the few dollars I parked in there until I moved, and told me I had to download an app, etc etc. The rep also wrote my account number down incorrectly, which caused problems. I haven't even used the account yet, and this is how it is going? No. Closed the account. Terrible.

I went in to change a 100 dollar bill. They said they won't do it for non customers.....really ? I went down to key bank and they did it and I am not one of their customers. Gotta love these banks. Partisan banking only. I will be sure to let anyone I know to NOT bank with you...Simple courtesies in life go a long way.
