I wanted to give my wife a relaxing day to herself I told the person that I wanted her nails,hair,a facial and a massage she told me 500.00 should cover what I wanted so I got a gift card for my wife when my wife went all she got was her hair and facial done and a shoulder massage not her nails what happen here

I called In the beginning of this month to book massages for me and my partner, they had nothing available in the month of January that worked with our schedules so we booked for a mutual Saturday we have in February. The 10th. No issues booking on the phone, everything was processed fine.. Just received a phone call from staff telling me the prices of the massage is changing because THEY ARE having a Valentine’s Day promotion and they’re upping the price of the massages. I ask to speak to someone else and a women identifying her self as the owner came on the phone, her name was Denise and she basically tells me too bad, the price of the room is up charged because it’s “high demand”. As a paying customer couldn’t care less about your demand at the time. I schedule well over a month in advance and I shouldn’t have to change my date or pay more because you all decided to have a promo. My prices should’ve been honored due to when I scheduled and no one making me aware. Bad for business in my opinion. Will never even consider or recommend.

Not only is this a great place to get high-quality treatments (never have I had a bad experience here in all my years) but I cannot say enough about the customer service. I was just in for a routine massage (amazing as usual), and a few days later, I saw that my credit card had been charged twice. There had been a connection issue with the card reader at check out, which caused this mistake. Within hours of emailing the front desk, I had both an email and callback from Kirstan at the front desk letting me know she was on it. In just a few days the issue was fully resolved. I can’t say enough good things and how appreciative I am of the team at Complexions.

I received the facial special of the month with Kasey, and I can’t remember the last time I was that relaxed and my skin felt so good after the facial! Kasey also gave me different ideas for products that I’m researching to fit different budgets. I’ll definitely be going to see Kasey again!

Booked manicures for me and my mom at the same time. When we arrived, we were told our appointments would be an hour apart because they were short staffed. We decided to reschedule but another staff person told us they could actually fit us both in sooner. My mom still had to wait an hour after me for her appointment.The woman who did our nails cut our cuticles, leaving them jagged and bleeding. She did not apply polish evenly. My manicure was supposed to be the therapeutic manicure but I did not receive all components of the treatment as advertised on the website.They really should have just let us leave and reschedule so this whole situation could have been avoided. I did get a discount on the service but I still feel ripped off. It sucks to go to a spa and leave feeling more stressed.

My company, CHA Consulting, Inc., recently held ladies’ night out. Denise and her team (Megan and Melanie) guided 36 females through mini facials and presented skin care dos and don’ts. It was such a fun and informative evening for everyone. Looking forward to doing another session in the future.

Too bad about the sound of traffic in the relaxation room. No doubt something could be done about it. The room in which I had my massage was so stuffy the therapist usedA fan to circulate the air. I didn’t feel comfortable. It didn’t feel healthy.

Denise, the owner, has been on my mind for a while. We rode horses with the same trainer when she was a teenager. Lovely and beautiful girl from a wonderful family! When I discovered this was her business, I immediately made an appointment for a much needed facial. Stunned by the utter tranquility of the seemingly endless space, I was greeted by a sweet young woman who explained the many services they provide. I’m quite embarrassed that I’ve already forgotten the fantastic young woman who gave me the best facial I have ever had. I believe it begins with “M”. I’ll never forget her face and I’ll definitely request her when I return. I plan on a consultation on Botox, a tad of lip plumping, face lift (Denise is married to a plastic surgeon). Perhaps he can bungee both sides of my face then cut off the slack! VThis day is exactly how I dreamt it would be. Sunny and breezy with a hint of Autumn in the air, I was tucked in, warmed up and ready to take off to Relaxation-Nation. The products used on me are all from Denise’s line. Each one is fantastic going into my skin effortlessly. They’re not overly scented. The scents are mild as well as clean smelling. A mini-massage on my hands, arms, neck and shoulders provided the perfect ending to this special day dedicated to …… ME!! For bloody once!! METhis is my new retreat. The energy at Complexions is relaxed and peaceful. There are so many services I will use as I step into another phase of Life. This is where I want to begin this journey. I’m so proud to know Denise and what she’s built. I’m not at all surprised, however. She was a very good Junior Rider. (If you can show horses, do very well in school, have any life at all outside the barn, you’re doing very well!).

I had the pleasure of having Kasey @saratogaesthetician provide a relaxing, informative and refreshing facial. Kasey spent time with me ahead of starting the service as I am a little new into my skincare journey. I also appreciated that during the service she was very focused and didn’t chat too much, either, which is my preference. She is a true professional and I will be back!The salon was also very clean, the intake staff were so kind as well. We did Sunday salon brunch and it was a relaxing, fun and really nice Sunday with spent with Mom!

My husband took my daughter in for a special hair cut wash and trim. He came out with just a trim because her hair was wet. I called them back and asked why she didn't get her hair shampooed like you normally do they lied and told me my husband said not to which he did not. They said all the hair dressers said that. There were no other hair dressers even around.Even when he called back to let them know they told him he was wrong. This is such poor customer service when he took her to Kimberly's they did a wash and cut no problem. I will never bring her back here.Edit: the manager called us on Monday they are going to try to fix her hair. I have never had a problem here before and was shocked about this. This is more like the complexions I know. I'm so glad I can continue to go back here.
