Deion , Speaking , Visiting Consaul Auto For the First time . I first spoke to Debbie on the Phone she was very exuberant and full of Energy ,very kind ,patient and Understanding and then in person she was Very Positive and Highly Passionate about helping Others and Providing the best Service which made me Feel So at Home . I did a Google Research and i saw that Chuck her husband worked on Electric Issues which is Very Rare to come Accross in the Whole Capital Region ,he knee how to find the issue really fast and it was a little plug in for my issue. Its Amazing To Find Someone thats been a Expert and that has worked for 20 years of experience besides the dealership. I Definetly got Lucky by finding this Shop from a Google Search This saved me time Energy and Money . I am Highly Grateful , i will be coming here for now on especially performance issues and electric . Im Blessed . You all Are Amazing .

Consaul Auto is a great locally owned place to get your vehicle maintained. Reasonable pricing, great service and Chuck actually explains to you what you need and why it's necessary. I have brought both of my cars here and have not been disappointed. They are honest about wait time and scheduling a service visit with them is easy.
I would recommend using this shop for any of your automotive needs.

Our truck broke down. We had to have it towed. I don’t live in that area so I just picked a place to have it towed to. Chuck called me the next day and told me that it would be a little bit before he could work on my truck because they were so Backed up but a couple days later he called me and told me what was wrong with my truck and told me that he could fix it the next day. We were so thankful that he did that for us so fast I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service and his wife Deb was just as nice. I would recommend this place to anyone you don’t find customer service like that anymore very often. So thank you so much for such a wonderful experience and a fast turnaround.Mr and Mrs Olechowski

Consaul has been servicing my and my girlfriend's car for years now and they are absolutely fantastic. Very fair, they talk to you and try to share knowledge, and their electronic service system that breaks down the service they perform with photos of the problems is great. I absolutely recommend them.
