About Copart - Albany
Copart provides a great experience and overall great service. The staff is very friendly and professional, with customer sales reps who are easy to talk to and reply in a timely manner. They are a very professional outfit, with office staff who go out of their way to help. Employees do exactly what they are told they will do, calling before coming and arriving promptly. Customers report an easy time paying invoices. Although some wish people could still check the lot out, the service is consistently praised.

Eli came after working hours to pick my car up. He did exactly what I was told he would do. He called before coming, and he was here within 10 minutes. He showed up at 8 pm, and he was very friendly. I honestly don't understand what all these bad reviews are about. Overall, great experience although now I will miss my car.
