I have a bartender and waiter for 25 years so I understand how at times customer service can be challenging. I never complain about people who work for a living but today I was treated in the most rude, disrespectful and arrogant manner by the cricket representative at the Westgate location. I am cancelling my service and will never do business with the company again.

I hope the owner see my review, I never see bad customer such like that, they have worse customer service, they don’t know how to speak with customer, I bought charger which is doesn’t work and bring back after 4 hours, they said we can’t take back because you brought it back after couple hours, I never heard such stupid reason, I went my work and try it, it didn’t work, and I bring it back, how the crickets have policy like that, only 2 hours you are giving to time your customers, come on, it’s very unprofessional. Very disappointed.
