Absolutely ridiculously slow and incompetent. I have worked in pharmacy before and never have I made people wait 40 minutes to fill a prescription. So many bad reviews have been made here and still there are clearly zero changes. Will not ever be using this pharmacy again.

Tried to purchase a curling iron. It was locked up in the cage. The clerk couldn’t open it asked for the manager. The manager tried and said it was broken end up, not being able to purchase the curling iron.

I am standing here outside of CVS located at 885 central avenue, they are supposed to be closed at 9. However, their doors are already closed well before 9. Workers can be spotted inside. I am not sure if they already have any public announcement that they close well before 9.
When I asked their staff upon their closing that I have been here for the last 10 minutes and the doors were already closed, they were very rude and did not even bother to answer a customer in a gentle way. Sorry, it was my worst ever experience with CVS.

I am writing about a new policy that CVS in Albany, NY has recently implemented. You can no longer call the pharmacy and connect to a pharmacist or anyone else in that department. You are now forced to leave a message and wait for a return call. I just tried to call during their lunch break (1:30pm - 2:00pm) and leaving a message is not even an option. Does CVS value its customers? There use to be a time when people really sought out advice from their pharmacist, but now they want to make communications with the pharmacist even harder. They really need to rethink this new policy.

I been going to this pharmacy for years. I never had a problem to yesterday. One girl don't know how to spell. I read my name 3 times. I gotten a lil upset due to fact one person was a head of me it took her like 20 minutes. She walks away from me. Then a rude unprofessional guy jump on me instead of calming me down he was nasty like he gonna do something to me instead of serving me. Then another one so call manager no better she was nasty. Imma report all three. None of them help me out very nasty poor customer service. I was upset I say I was gonna go to another pharmacy the manager say go ahead who cares.

I’ve never been to a pharmacy that takes hours to process a prescription. My doctor ordered mine early in the morning and I came Late in the evening. I still had to wait 30 minutes for them to process my subscription and two of them were out of stock so I was asked to come back another day. When my order is finally ready, she sends me to another line to update my insurance because they’re trying to charge me full price, which takes another 30 minutes.

I see several reviews about the friendly staff. I don’t see it. I found them to be relatively rude and distracted. Too busy and overwhelmed to really care. Almost impossible to reach on the phone. Very expensive with my insurance. I switched to a small, privately owned pharmacy and they are a delight.

We had a bad experience taking Passport-size photos in this CVS pharmacy. Poor lighting causing harsh shadows, unprofessional editing with excessive filters or unnatural color tones, and a lack of creativity or originality in the shot.

So, the cashier (Alshams?) was on her (earbud) phone talking the whole time while I was cashing out. Not a single word to me. No "Hello", "How are you", "Will that be all", "Thank you" or "Have a nice evening" Her phone call was more important than the customer in front of her. She definitely needs retraining in Customer Service. And I would find it hard to believe that CVS doesn't not have a strict policy of no personal phone usage while helping a customer, let alone on the clock, having a casual phone conversation.
