I went through a difficult situation with my prior dealership. When I came to Denooyer I was apprehensive to say the least. From day one, the team there took care of me well beyond my expectations. In the past year I’ve dealt with service, sales, finance and even collision. Each time I was treated better than I expected, and If there was an issue it was addressed immediately. I plan to buy all my future vehicles here, and I will always start the process with Anthony Dipace from sales. He stays with you, even well after the sale is complete.

My experience at Denooyer has been nothing but amazing! I was looking to trade in my vehicle and Sam Nolan was able to provide me with the information needed for me to come in. The salesmen at the store are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

I Scheduled the service in August for a transmission issue. earliest I could get in was the end of September. I just got my vehicle back on the 20th of October after it sat for over a week with no techs to look at it. As of the 16th of this month the only thing that had been done was the oil change. The turn signal and the transmission issue weren't addressed yet. upon picking it up i was told they couldnt replicate the transmission issue. but everything else was addressed. I drove it off the lot and instantly experienced the transmission issue. In the exact conditions i described to the techs. On top of this every time i get service here I have to fight to get my car back at a decent time. And im still waiting to be contacted about damage that was done to my car by techs during covid. The leather was ripped and the wood paneling inside was cracked..... still nothing on that endI only bring it here as i have an extended warranty that i dont have to pay 100 dollars to get work done if i bring it there. It is no longer worth the savings at all. I actively tell people to not purchase or service their vehicle here.

It was a great experience. We worked with Chris Smith and all of our questions were answered. The features of the car were demonstrated. Pickup of the car went very smoothly with Savi. We have another Equinox which was purchased from DeNooyer several years ago, which is why we came back to purchase another one. Very courteous staff.

So, I’ve been in the market for a new truck, and found a nice one at DeNooyer Chevrolet. Went over there Monday afternoon, took it for a test drive, loved it, sign me up! Got approved, did a little paperwork, and said it’ll be ready for me by the weekend at the latest. Anxious, I called earlier this evening to see if it was going to be ready. Salesman that I dealt with said, sorry but we can’t retail this truck. It’ll have to go wholesale. Won’t pass inspection because of an aftermarket exhaust and wheels and tires. Mind you, the truck has 25k miles on it. Practically new. Beyond pissed, won’t return my calls. Shady dealership!! How could they do such a thing? Why advertise this truck to the public and then turn around and do this?fix the small issues with the truck and make right on the deal? buyer beware! Stay far away ????

Update on the review below: The smaller shop charged me $200 for labor. When I took it upon myself to change my other headlight myself, I bought the same pieces and a socket wrench ($85 total) and literally 10 minutes of my time without watching a tutorial video and without help. My mind is blown. If you're a woman or know nothing about cars, I highly suggest doing homework before trusting a company out for money and not your well-being or community. ________It was easy to call and get an appointment set up. That was the only genuine part. I told them what Firestone told me I needed replaced. They told me that Firestone lied about the car not being able to take universal parts and proceeded to take me car knowing it was just needed to find someone who can wire it. When I was dropping off my car they stated it would be 179 just to confirm what Firestone said was true. When I asked about it, the rep told me that he needed to pay for his technicians time to take the headlight off which is at the most 12 minutes and that's WITH a smoke break for 179 without tax?! I later got a text with images of my car without the headlight as if that's proof that the headlight needed to be replaced just as the shop and I stated beforehand. They said it would be 700 when the parts totaled to $70 at the most straight from GM and I'm guessing 600+ for labor for a part that takes maybe one hour to complete. I was able to purchase the parts myself and find a genuine shop to do it under two hours for 1/4 of the price. (later also tricking me into paying for a job a 10 year old child could do!)Dealerships have way too much money to be ripping people off, but than again that's probably why they have so much money! Also, the Lyft drivers they offer for you before and after dropping off you car do not get tipped and will trade the stop to other drivers before someone actually comes and gets you bc they know the dealership doesn't tip.

0 stars.Attention all woman- If you want to be taken advantage of on your Chevy car maintenance needs - this is the place to go. Want to be charged a fee to have your car diagnosed when you already know what needs to be done ? Then this is your place! Want to be quoted $900 for a 40$ part- then you're at the right place . Run while you can.

I bought my truck from Joel in 2019, I have had nothing but great service from them until lately. I took my truck for service and a state inspection and everything turned out great. A couple of days later, my brakes were grinding because they were metal to metal! I checked my inspection paperwork and it was “green” for brakes. Meaning my brakes were checked and good! Now I have to pay $1843 to change all pads and rotors yesterday. To make things worse, I just went to turn my truck on and it’s dead! They must not have connected something correctly, I don’t know what happened to the service dept. I guess I have to go to Mangino GMC from now on. It’s very disappointing and I expected more from Joel and the DeNooyer team.

I thought I was dealing with a reputable dealership with good customer service. I was WRONG!! Purchased an extended warranty from a third part vendor for 4 years. My car was totaled in an accident wit over 8 months left of warranty coverage. After several phone calls and leaving messages I finally had to drive 30 miles to stop in to talk to someone. Was told to call after insurance was all settled. Called 5-6 times again before anyone took my call. Was told that it would be handle yet no refund. 6 weeks and several emails later… was told it was cancelled and waiting in warranty company. Called the company directly 2 weeks later and contract is still active. Incompetence at its finest I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Do yourself a favor and go up to MOHAWK Chevrolet. Very good communication and they do their job.

What went well: Dealership replaced unexpected service (brakes) the same day without having to reschedule. What didn't go well:1) Getting updates was often up to me (weren't AUTOMATICALLY provided, despite a multi-hour long wait time)2) Service department didn't handle the assigned service rep going on lunch break well. It's expected that the rep needs to break for lunch, but the text message requesting updates is abandoned until s/he returns (should be copied to a shared destination to ensure coverage)

Recently I had the good fortune to purchase a 2024 Chevy Trax with the help of Heath Murphy, Sales Consultant, at DeNooyer Chevrolet. I am completely satisfied with the advice Heath gave me to meet my exact situation. Also the handling of the paperwork with my insurance company and the County Clerk's Office took place without a hitch. Excellent service.

I have purchased 3 vehicles for DeNooyer, each one serviced there as well. It’s always been a positive experience. My current vehicle has been more of a challenge. Jon Cordi was amazing!! He has gone above and beyond! Throughout my years with DeNooyer I have always been pleased with the sales and Service! That’s why I’m patiently waiting until DeNooyer has the truck I want in stock. Great job great team!

I felt like I had been jerked around a bit by my local dealership so I'd been keeping an eye on current and upcoming inventory in the surrounding area. DeNooyer seemed to have the best selection of the type of truck I was looking for. I went down in the morning and met with Max to see what was available on the lot, what was expected to be coming in soon, and to explore a custom order. The entire staff I encountered were great to deal with, I didn't feel rushed or pressured. We found the perfect fit for my needs and I drove out in my new truck that afternoon.
