My cousin went into the dealership to talk to Finance about rates and terms, but the guy she talked to—Jamil—was super rude and didn’t give her any info at all. She ended up walking out and bought a car from Cooley Mazda instead. The only reason I'm bringing this to your attention is my family has purchased multiple cars from your dealership and because of this interaction we will no longer be purchasing from you.

I leased a Mazda a year and a half ago it has 15,000 mi on it probably at least 50% of those miles were Highway because I had to go to North Carolina when my mom was sick. And now I was told I have to have new brakes because the brake light was on I have never had a vehicle that I have had to replace the brakes before 30,000 MI. And they want to charge me $1,600 to replace my brakes. And are only willing to give me $150 towards it. It is ridiculous and that I would need to replace brakes at that low mileage and it's ridiculous that they would charge that kind of money. I would never recommend DePaula Mazda or even a Mazda and I will never buy or lease one again.

I've dealt with a couple dealerships over the years and this was by far the best. I had a great experience with my sales associate and the service team has been very responsive and professional. Keep up the great work guys

I had such a great service! As a female who doesn’t know anything about cars, I’ve been so anxious buying a new car but as soon as I got to the sales office, I felt in a good hands. Trevor was so helpful to find a good car which fits my budget. Ben was able to get a good interest from the bank. I was able to trade-in and buy a car at the same day! I hope to have my car a long time and not to have any problems:) Thank you so much for such a good deal and personal service!

Matt was awesome. Super cool and not pushy at all. The whole place had a great atmosphere. Very different from others I’ve been to where I felt like everything was so rigid and formal. Jamil was also awesome. They both helped me save money and I am very happy with my new car. They made my first car purchase effortless and fun!

Unhelpful with car service and very dismissive horrible experience. Customer service is truly dead with this shop. Asked about a key fob replacement, might aswell as asked for a kidney. Spoke to another dealer, very helpful and taking care of what this dealership couldn't. Thanks in advance for future maintenance I have new go to.
