DePaula Mazda made one of life’s most stressful purchases to one of the most pleasant processes I have been through. I would recommend DePaula Mazda and their entire team to anyone and everyone who is looking for a vehicle. I came in this past Saturday, January 27th and drove just TWO cars - and I absolutely fell in love with one immediately. The salespeople were so informative and helpful with everything and the sales manager was very professional and understanding. My fiancé and I ended up dealership to do some further research and I couldn’t stop thinking about the vehicle. I called the dealership Tuesday morning (Jan. 30), made the offer over the phone and I was able to pick-up the car that afternoon after detailing and gathering up documents! The process was quick, easy and so stress-free! The whole team was amazing, the service was beyond wonderful and the dealership itself is beautiful! Thank you, DePaula for going above and beyond and for helping me find my new car!

Honestly a great dealership. I spoke with Todd (forgot his last name) and Stephanie Cassella and they’re great people. They were unbiased, helpful, patient, and not as nosey or rude as other dealers I’ve dealt with. Even though my situation was a bit more complicated because I was buying out of state they never made me feel pressured in anyway and I love my car ? Also, despite selling me the car over a month ago, Todd has consistently answered all of my questions and concerns. Couldn’t be happier!

Jamil went above and beyond with the whole process of purchasing our Mazda, it was smooth and detailed, and what we were looking for in the price range. The car is AMAZING and drives beautifully. We really wanted to get a Mazda and thanks to his great customer service and the help of the DePaula staff, it was possible to make it real. DePaula Mazda knows how to treat its customers. Greeted in the car-port, electronic sensors had already checked tire wear and alignment, just by pulling in.Service staff are friendly (using your name) and knowledgeable without pushing unwanted services for your car.The service mechanic sends a video talking about the car with observations and applicable suggestions.Waiting in the dealership can be a bit long, but is pleasant, clean, and upscale with on-demand coffee.Pricing is reasonable for the excellent work that is performed on the car. I recommend this place.

Jamil in sales and Frank in financing were amazing to work with! Knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I’m obsessed with my 2024 CX-5 and would recommend DePaula to anyone!

The DePaula dealership was courteous, mindful of our needs, and prompt with communications. We live about 2 1/2 hours from the dealership and they made the trip worthwhile as well as convenient when we arrived to take ownership of the vehicle

It took me 2 1/2 years of searching for just the right new vehicle to find the gem I was looking for at Depaula Mazda. Bill Varrone, was my sales support through the whole thing and I swear he would have let me test every car on the lot if I asked him. He spent two whole days helping me find the CX that was just right for me. He knew what he was talking about and he was so incredibly polite, thoughtful, and patient. After I bought the car he spent another 3 hours making sure the pickup went well and I was well informed. I hope Depaula gives him a raise to stay there forever because I don’t want to buy a car from anyone else. Frank Santoro deserves a raise too because of his upmost efficiency and humor during the financing which can be a bit stressful with the wrong personality in the room. And my car…. It’s perfect and I’m happy with the price I paid for it. Thank you Depaula!

This was my first experience buying a car and Marc Arvilla made it great! He was so helpful and knowledgable and took a lot of stress off the situation with his humor and patience! Had a great experience with all the staff involved- Albert, Todd, and Frank. Excited to be driving a Mazda!

Short version: Plus one star for managing to do the work, and a second star for Lisa's amazing customer service. Minus three stars for: Not noticing a major transmission leak after the original service, the service techs not understanding their own products and miscommunication inside the dept, multiple techs being unable to notice a very obvious shifting jerking motion over the course of a week of test drives, and ultimately the dept's failure to run a simple TCM reset/transmission relearn procedure- Which I did myself, after first learning about it after this ordeal, which fixed the issue.Long version: The customer service side of things was fantastic, Lisa was amazing, and everything felt like it had the customer's experience in mind. Everyone was friendly and courteous, and I felt welcome to do business there. Courtesy shuttle for drop off/pick up was amazing.Unfortunately, that's where the compliments end. I received my vehicle back after a transmission service, and it had a major fluid leak. This was a very noticable leak, that unfortunately I was unable to pick up on due to kidney-stone related pain. (Anyone who has experienced this knows what it does to you.) It was only noticed by me the next day, after 70ish miles of travel, and they very promptly took the vehicle in and gave me a nice loaner for the two or so days it took to get a replacement part in.Post repair, the vehicle had shifting issues still (jerky shifts in and out of 5th), and upon inspection, I learned they used universal fluid for their flush, not Mazda OEM (red, not blue). This caused a concern when the service techs were unable to explain the discrepency at first ask, and lead to another tow and loaner. During the second time, several service techs were unable to "notice" the glaring shift issue, brushing it off as normal operations. Once I got it back, I had someone else drive it without telling them of the issue, and they picked up on it immediately, indicating it was way out of spec and not performing at 100%.Ultimately, the jerking transmission issue was resolved by me, learning about a TCM reset/transmission relearn process after this whole adventure, and performing said reset (which took 20 minutes, the first 15 of which were getting the procedure down- something that takes about a 1minute with a Mazda OBD Reader). Something that should have been tried at the begining, something that Mazda Dealer Techs should know about, something that was never done and wound up causing anguish, concern, and fear that my daily driver would just give out on me at any moments notice. I cannot recommend the service dept because of this, and in the end, this experience drove me away from making my next purchase there.

We purchased our Mazda CX 5 car when our lease was over on October 3rd. Both Tammy and Frank were very professional, helpful and friendly. This was a very good experience. We will work with this dealership again.

The folks at Depaula Mazda are incredible. My wife and I currently have the CX-5 from them and love it. We recently were in the market to get another car. We did shop around and due to our previous experience we landed back at Depaula Mazada. Matt Crusan was extraordinary. He was relaxed and not pushy at all. He was super responsive to all our questions. He secured us the CX-30 which we test drove with him and was able to arrange the pick up later that week. He patiently helped us set up the Mazda app on our phones and explained all the features. Stephanie in financing was spectacular as well. Helping us with the paperwork and keeping it organized. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is the the car market to visit them.

My wife and I drove onto the DePaula lot looking to upgrade from a 2012 Mazda3 to either a CX-30 or CX-5. We were met by Todd as I was looking through the cars in the showcase room. I arrived a little around noon, so most of the salespeople were eating lunch and I assumed Todd had just finished his, so I appreciated his friendly eagerness to come over and help us.We spent about an hour test driving both cars and Todd was more than happy to oblige. I tested the CX-5 first and we spent time during the drive making small talk. Afterwards, Todd pulled the CX-30 around and hopped back in for another drive. We continued talking and I missed a turn to which Todd assured it was no problem and directed me on the "extended" drive route rather than turning around to take the missed turn. Throughout both drives, he was very friendly and answered all our questions about both cars.Once we arrived back at the dealership, Todd generously asked if the test drives were our only goal or if we were interested in buying. We concluded that we would be interested in buying CX-5, so after discussing vehicle options, numbers, and filling out paperwork, we met with our finance manager, Frank.Frank informed us right away that due to the nature of dealing with insurance and how busy it was that day, we would need to come back a few days later to finalize everything. He assured me that he would get all the forms he could get in before the day ended. The following day, he also informed me through text that I could get a slightly better rate than my pre-qualified loan.Once the insurance transferred over from my old car, I went back to the dealership to finalize. Todd first met me to go over the features of the car while Frank and the dealership finished their remaining forms. He was very thorough, going through any new technology and features that I did not have in my Mazda3 and anything that did not exist in prior models of the CX-5. He made sure that any questions I had were answered before we walked back into the dealership.Frank met me in the lobby and apologized for the wait before heading into his office. After sitting down in front of an impressive touch screen desk, Frank let me know of all the extended warranty options and maintenance packages. I did not feel much pushiness coming from him about the packages. Frank told me exactly what they were, what they did, and even let me add and subtract whatever options I wanted just to see how it would affect my monthly payment. He patiently waited as I came to a conclusion.So, after a couple test drives and a few days, I drove home in a new CX-5. Both Todd and Frank were incredibly patient and the car buying process was much more relaxing than I anticipated.

I was on the hunt for my first car - a Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition, and Zak was able to secure an incoming vehicle for me within two weeks. Frank was an EXCELLENT communicator and made my buying experience pleasurable! No hassle, papers were organized and ready to go, as a working person, that makes life so much easier!
