Jarred treated us kindly and respectfully and guided us through the process. Andrew the business manager helped us unlock our credit score so we could take advantage of KIA Finance's 4.25 % New Car Loan Interest Rate. We received a fair price for our trade in and we were satisfied with the new car experience which can be absolutely horrible depennding on what dealership you're at. We actually enjoyed our time at Destination KIA.

Ashanti was a pleasure to deal with at my appointment! He was very professional, polite and helpful in handling the service order on my 2019 Sorento. He correctly estimated the time needed to complete the express service, and explained the entire invoice before I checked out at the cashiers desk. Overall, very happy with my Sorento service experience and my dealing with Ashanti. 👍

This is a family owned dealership. Everyone I've interacted with has been very honest. I'm just a regular customer with nothing to gain out of posting this. If you're looking for honest people to work with at a car dealership this is the place to go.

Service was good but wait time is long. Was there over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Was there for a 2pm apt but didn't get checked in till 230. Car wash is a nice touch though!

So far it's been ok just under 2weeks ago I had me car serviced simple fluid exchanges transmission, oil, coolant, powering steering, brake things of that nature I can say it running better than before pick up quicker accelerates quicker just really looking to get me monies worth thanks again so far

From beginning to end my experience was not acceptable. The amount of time that I had to wait for an upcoming appointment was almost two weeks. Is that because this dealership is understaffed or Kia’s have too many recalls, defects etc🤷♀️
Then once my vehicle was towed to the dealership the day before my scheduled appointment it was many days until my vehicle was able to be picked up.
Total lack of communication
No offer of a loaner car
Difficulty getting a call back regarding status
of repairs.
This excuse and this lack of concern.
Have read other reviews on this dealership with similar scenarios.
Apparently, the dealership prides itself on their sales department and statistics, however, once they complete the sale their
accountability towards service is more than lacking. Poor management 🤷♀️
In my years of dealing with car difficulties,
I have never experienced this poor customer service.
Needless to say, I would NEVER recommend Destination Kia to any friends or family.

Andre Porter was excellent! He was more than helpful, patient, well informed and kind throughout the entire process! He took the time to explain every detail to us and made us feel comfortable from beginning to end! We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to work with Destination Kia.
