5 stars for the customer service and end results. The braider made sure that I was satisfied through the entire process. The shop was a clean welcoming environment.

Booked an appointment for my sister last minute for her birthday trip - braids turned out very good and stayed neat even after jumping in the water. What I love the most is that she took her as a evening walk-in and get her out by 9:30. Thankful
