UPDATE: called them and they delivered the balloon, cheesecake and threw in 6 chocolate covered strawberries.Paid extra for a birthday balloon and a cheesecake and neither were delivered with the fruit box. You have one job..

If I could give zero stars I would. Fathers Day gift ruined. I placed my order to be delivered on Fathers Day the Thursday before Sunday, fathers day. The order was left at the front door in the heat. It was delivered while they were at church. It ended up ruined as it stood outside all day until I talked to him that evening. Edible arrangements do not make phone calls to assure the recipient is at home (the local Delmar florist has the courtesy to do this for flowers). So I guess it is acceptable to charge me over 100.00 and not assure the recipient is notified of the delivery. I e-mailed and voiced my unhappiness and was assured I would get a follow up within 24-48 hours. I received a copy of my email with the delivery policy attached. I am attaching it here so this doesn't happen to another person as I am appalled that a company wouldn't try harder and have better customer service. Additionally, leaving a perishable item on a doorstep in my opinion is just bad business. Edible arrangements you have lost me as a customer forever. I will never order from you again.For residential deliveries: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we can no longer leave the delivery with a neighbor. We can only arrange to leave a delivery at a neighbor?s upon specific request of the guest. If you want your order to be left with a neighbor if the recipient is not home, please make sure to advise the local store in your delivery instructions at the time you place the order. You will need to provide the name and address of the neighbor. **During busy holiday times, residential deliveries may be made as late as 9:00 PM. Your local store may contact you if you place a same day order for delivery to reschedule your order for another day.

Order a birthday basket I asked for it to be delivered at 5-5:30p they delivered it at 1p left it outside so all the chocolate was melted off. I was so upset and they said it can’t be a set time for deliveries.

I'm so upset. I placed an order on 1/24/23 for a delivery on Valentines Day for my husband. I put the order in and even selected that the delivery location is at a school to accommodate for the early hours. School is now closing and the delivery still hasn't happened. I can't get ahold of anyone at the store. It forces me to a vm and doesn't return the call. Ruined the surprise for my husband.

This place is a joke placed a birthday ordered at 8am for a pick up at 12pm. We show up to find out they cant find the order took the lady 20 mins to find the order goes in the back says they did make it but can work on it now another 20 mins no way cancled the order. I called the store spoke with the manager they have the nerve to tell me they went in the back to check on the order and then to come out and say they wrapping it up they lied they havent even started the order as of yet. I ask for a refund this was something that was suppose to be special for someone who never gotten one and then they ruined that experenice for usDo not reccoment albany office would rather take the drive to clifton park

My family has been gifted arrangements from this store in the past and have always enjoyed them. I placed an order myself for the first time for pickup and the platter was great and the people at the store very welcoming. There was one very minor mix up with some of the fruit pieces that were supposed to be included (the platter I ordered was almost identical to a different platter, so the mistake was very understandable), but I called the store and was able to get things fixed as they should have been with a few extra pieces for the trouble. I was very impressed by the customer service and how accommodating the staff was in making sure everything worked out.

Wonderful location that is staffed by friendly and professional fruit and chocolate experts. I dropped in unannounced to pick up a 30 piece order, three separate arrangements, and they were able to prepare the order in less than 15 minutes. When one of the orders did not have the requested topping they remade the order immediately, at no cost to me, and both apologized to me and thanked me for "the opportunity to make it right." If that's not good customer service than I don't know what is.

Being sent a bouquet of fruit was a birthday gift to remember, all top quality, thank you for the perfectly displayed and wrapped arrangement. The Fruit was spectacular, as was the chocolate dipped fruit .

I placed an online order for same day delivery. They canceled my order and never called or sent any notification that they would not be fulfilling the order. Then to my surprise a few days later checking my bank statement and they charged me for the order. I was issued a refund but still very bothered they would cancel an order without a call. If you can not fulfill a same day deliver take the option off the website or at least call/ email to let the customer know!!

I was looking for an arrangement to congratulate my sons Track & Field Coach on the team qualifying for the State Meet.The Edible Arrangements employee Dawn was extremely assisting, patient, pleasant and creative. Together, over the telephone, we came up with an awesome arrangement called “Bundle of Cheer” and the perfect wording for the occasion, which brought tears to the Green Tech Track & Field coach’s eyes.The Edible Arrangement employee assisted with putting smiles on many faces that day and it will always be remembered. I would recommend Edible Arrangements to anyone for many special/unforgettable or “just because” occasions!Not only are their arrangements phenomenal, their customer service is as well!
