Very dissatisfied with the sites treatment and their customer service skills. First-off apparently they are not kind to black people trying to get a rental for luxury vehicles, and there are so many unauthorized changes that was made to my contract to keep me from renewing my contract for the vehicle without my consent. I have been driving the vehicle for months and paying on time, to constantly be bombarded with calls demanding me to bring a vehicle I payed for to use back when my contract has not even ended. They were very unprofessional and nasty customer service wise when I made a complaint about why there were so many changes and charges made without my consent nor with a managers authorization, still have not been refunded and I am being told to return the vehicle and I cannot rent anymore when I indeed been making payments on time. The branch managers are very unreasonable and do not have any people skills especially if you are colored and I am totally disgusted by the unauthorized incurring charges made by managers and representatives without my authorization and the changes made to my contract without my consent. Every time I go to make a payment its always something else that I have to deal with and an unpleasant interaction from the customer service. The regional office needs to make a change because it is discrimination at an all time high and know one is taking accountability to rectify their own mishaps making it more challenging for people to get a rental vehicle. I recommend them to nobody because it is not even worth the headache!

I used Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at 900 Central Ave. Albany, NY for a driving trip from NY to FLA. The staff was very kind and accommodating, as well as the price being pretty good for a 2019 Buick Envision; I was bumped up a grade of car choice for free (nice car). I would, and will be using Enterprise again in the near future. I highly recommend them.

Enterprise charged my card twice for a rental and when contacting them to inform them of the issue it is nearly impossible to reach someone at the Albany Airport location. After finally reaching someone in customer service, I was advised they only show one charge pending on their end however, my bank account shows two separate transactions. I contacted my bank and they confirmed there were two separate transactions pending from enterprise for the amount of $653.27. The customer service rep provided two separate local numbers to reach someone directly to discuss this issue and each time I called the numbers provided following the prompts given the phone rang continuously with no answer. After finally receiving a call back from a manager from this location after I called the 800 number for the third time and she sent a message to the location. I was advised he was reaching out to the accounting department to investigate this issue. I had requested when we spoke that he contact me by phone with an update vs email as I was working and was unable to check my email regularly throughout the day to obtain a response. After not hearing back from him for well over 24 hours, I sent a follow up email seeing this seems to be the only way to get a response to be informed that he needed to send the email again to the accounting department to follow up. After he received response minutes later he continued to email me vs call me as previously requested. I was then informed that they needed proof of two transactions being processed which I provided a screen shot of this along with proof that my account continues to go in to the negative to once again I receive no update on the status of this issue. I have had $0.00 to my name and have been unable to even purchase formula for my son due to their error and my account continues going in to the negative with every autopay payment that was previously scheduled to deduct from my account that should have been covered had they not made this mistake and no one has made any attempt to make this right. Had they not charged me twice I would have had enough money to cover my expected bills and buy simple necessary things over the last few days. This rental was picked up Sunday evening and $653.27 showed pending as a transaction twice even with the proof provided immediately after they requested it I still await a resolution to this issue. I will never consider using enterprise again and will be looking to speak to a district manager regarding this issue. The lack of communication on this issue is appalling and Enterprise should be ashamed on how this situation is currently being handled.

Excellent experience with this Enterprise location in Albany.I made the reservation online, and had a wide array of vehicles to choose from. When I arrived to pick up the car, the staff was ready to help me. Bridgett handled the initial transaction. She was professional and helpful, and she explained everything I needed to know about the car and transaction.Returning the car was a breeze. Quick walk around the vehicle with the staff, and I was on my way.There are many different car rental places, and let’s face it, they’re all about the same. So, the professional staff makes the difference. And this Enterprise location in Albany was awesome. Thanks for a great experience.

I would highly recommend their customer service exceeded my expectations the service is very precise I love the energy I love the selection of vehicles. The only issue I had was my card is swipe only with no chip so I had to get a money order to cover my charges but everything else is thumbs up

Recently rented a car for a few days from this location and was honestly blown away by the experience. At both pick up and drop off the front desk staff were kind, friendly, and a pleasure to speak to. Pick up and drop off both went smoothly and I was processed quickly. This is a great location, I would highly recommend

Using a debit card, can't have a national grid balance? Should have been told, rented 3 cars last summer with a balance on national grid, I guess it depends on who is at the counter. No, I didn't get the rental. Be consistent.

I tend to use Enterprise when it's an emergency (car broke down, etc) and they are always helpful and understanding. Most recently, I worked with Chloe, and she was amazing--picking me up at the shop, dropping me off, and being an overall calming presence when I was worried about my huge car repair. I couldn't recommend this branch more highly!

The only reason I am giving one star, that because zero stars aren't an option. I reserved a car at a rate, but when I actually got there, the rate was increased by almost 40%! Unacceptable!! If I could have cancelled, I would have on the spot. But the airport location was sold out and I had no other option. I called customer service, and the agent "escalated to management". But almost a week later and have heard nothing. I have never in all my years of traveling had this happen. I will never use Enterprise again if there is ANY other Option available. Beware of a company that confirms at one price, and won't honor it when your standing at the counter.
