Flew in from out of state went to go pick up some beverages for my family members because we’re having a party and I was denied service because I had a out-of-state drivers license The man working Tuesday night 07/08/25 declined me service because I did not have a New York license, which was bizarre to me because I’ve used my ID almost all over the country drove up the street less than a mile and was able to continue my night without hinge so I’m just curious how many times people are inconvenienced by this man very unprofessional individual to be working for a national and global brand I will not be returning to this business because of this man and I will share this information with my friends and family

Rarely come here cause the first time the cashier was so rude. I do live in Colonie and would be more convenient to go here since they are right down the street from my house. Unfortunately their attitudes suck. I try to avoid going here much as possible for the reason . They are a few different cashiers but the one guy is just so rude. Other than that I get gas occasionally but very rarely. Hopefully customer service could improve.

I remember when this store first opened, they came such a long way. If they don't have a product you want tiki will order it if you're a regular. A1 since day 1!
