The FedEx Store on Wolf Road, Albany, NY is the best FedEx store I have ever dealt with. The customer service is top notch!

Robert and the rest of the staff are extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Was a UPS customer but have since left the darkside and am now embracing the light side of the force thanks to my great experiences here.

I went to FedEx Wolf Rd to complete some forms that needed to be sent by fed ex. The computer program was not cooperating and a simple task turned into a long confusing process. “Robert, “ the employee who assisted me was fantastic. He was smart, very patient and very helpful. Because of Robert, I was able to submit the form with a confirmation number and tracking. Superb customer service!

The personnel at Fed Ex Office, Wolf Road were extremely helpful to me. They were knowledgable, efficient, patient and kind. I accomplished the tasks I set out to do with accuracy in a timely manner with their guidance.

Wasted my time trying to do a return here. They list Fedex as a sight to do a return from Narvar requiring no box or label. I went up to the counter and the guy told me I had to pay 3 dollar for a box. Wasted my time. Went to Kohls for returns instead. Narvar should stop using this Fedex for their returns.

I need help with printing some documents. I was the only costumer in the store and the staff was to busy talking to assist me! So I went to staples where I was greeted with lots of help and got the job done!
