Great and attentive customer service! I placed an order at a different location and these guys were able to print the order and let me pick it up - and even finished it early! They were great in following up via phone once the order was done and checking to make sure everything went well.

Our company has used this Woolf Rd. location to complete a few bids. Rory and Russell have always been a big help with this. Their level of customer service is excellent when we have had some tight turnarounds.

Could not get a customer service representative to talk to even after calling 5 times. Absolutely the worst process I have ever experienced. Nothing like the old FedEx!

Fedex should have a QR code because why does the process of shipping with a label become so difficult? UPS makes it so much easier.

The staff was helpful in inquiring about details of my print job posted online and after our conversation there was an understanding of the goal, however when I went to pick the work up there was a project that was on such big paper that it was of no use to me. The manager would not be flexible on reprinting the job on a smaller scale, so I was charged $73 and left with nothing in hand. It was useless to me, I had them dispose of it. I asked for simple 8x10 color copies of the pages to have something of use and they would insist on charging me. I think the business should take some ownership on the efforts of clarification of the job & not being aligned with what was explained. That was a waste of money and time.

terrible, I drop off around 10 packags a day and they refuse to accept them anymore. The stupid reason is: we can't accept this many packages anymore. we have limied space to hold themdude? it's fedex office! hundreds of people ship packages here, and you are telling me you don't have space for 10 packages?

Terrible experience with the inept manager. I went in with my elderly mother and a big box of cookies to ship to my brother in Texas. WELL! One problem after another. "Oh, well it will cost 60 dollars, is that ok?" yes. "Heres a tape gun will you wrap tape around it? You can use the table over there " ok. "Well come back it cant go that way let me see if we have a box for you." Ok. "No no box will be able to accomodate it. The next size up would be 80.00" then...."Do you think maybe you could take the contents out of that box and put them in our box?" No. I took my package and my 88 year old mother to UPS in Guilderland, no muss no fuss and off it went to Texas at the very reasonable price of 36.00. BYE BYE FED EX. Its too bad, i was willing to give you a shot after two of my lamps disappeared two different times being shipped from this locale. Its a bad spot for FedEx I guess. I used to be in business selling high-end modern lighting and would ship some through FedEx because i believed they were superior. Then the loss of two important lamps happened and now this malay. Its just not great anymore.

This location used to be good, but recently over the past year or so it’s terrible! The employees here do not care about any customer. Their skills are below average and can’t answer basic questions or just don’t care. This place needs to be retrained asap. Don’t expect a good experience here blah.

This location has horrible customer service. The staff does not care about customers or providing any assistance. If you ask a simple question the staff here feels offended. I’d be shocked if this location in Albany stays in business much longer. I hope the company will retrain all the employees here to understand kindness is so important.

The store manager Margaret is a super rude person. The store manager doesn’t have any customer service skills. Why Margaret can be a store manager ? Stay away this person!
