“Although I have misgivings about Fidelity in general, I had a wonderful experience with Lilien Woolbert at the Albany branch today. She really went above and beyond to help me with a difficult situation and made sure I understood and that my needs had been addressed. She was a seriously impressive financial representative and Fidelity and the Albany branch are lucky to have her. Also, the vibe was pretty nice in there. Seems like they all get along; had the right mixture of seriousness and friendliness. Really appreciate the service I received today!!!!”
