I started with Taylor at age 50. I had never worked with a personal trainer prior to this. The results have been amazing. friends and family have noticed a difference. The workouts are tailored to my abilities. I look forward to my two 30-minute sessions per week. I have continually gained strength and endurance. I'm doing things I couldn't do in my 30's. Taylor is extremely flexible and accommodating with my busy schedule.

I have worked with Taylor @ Fitness Vision since 2019 which should be a testament to his abilities. The classes continue to be challenging and engaging. If you have a injury he takes that into account when deciding which exercises works best. He individualizes each client's plan so they can meet their goals. One of the most important parts of training with Taylor there is no judgment all he asks is you put forth the effort.

I have been training with Taylor one-on-one for over four years. I came to him to work on increasing my stamina and improving my agility. It’s been a gradual process and I am pleased with my progress.Taylor is easygoing. He inquiries about you at each meeting and offers a variety of exercised do. I am never bored and don't know what to expect at each workout. He also listens to your feedback on the things he recommends that “we” do! I do the exercising and he provides the encouragement.

I have been going to Taylor since 2015! I have been doing both in person training and virtually recently. Taylor has proven to be an exceptional ciacg throughout these years. He has a deep understanding of the science behind strength training and tailors each workout to my individual needs. His focus on proper form and technique have helped my fitness level significantly. Moreover he is fun to work with. I highly recommend Taylor to anyone who is looking for an experienced and dedicated fitness coach.

I’ve been working out with Taylor for about 4 years now. He creates workouts that incorporate movements that you enjoy while still pushing you to reach your goals. I love how engaging the classes are and that it is a judgment free environment. He is great at individualizing the workouts to meet your needs.

I am a former volleyball player with aged joints and I joined Fitness Vision 3 years ago. Taylor will tailor engaging and effective workouts around one’s limitations and will provide helpful feedback on strategies to help one feel their best. It’s an atmosphere of no judgement, and no exercise needs anything except the willingness to be engaged. I will never look back, and I will constantly move forward, with PURPOSE!

Taylor is very knowledgable-he pushes you but does not break you. He does all the things that are good for me to do. He fine tunes your technique for maximum benefit. I've recommended Taylor to numerous friends.

I have only had a few sessions , but I love it . It's close to home , and Taylor works with my lack of coordination and is working with me to build strength . He lets me throw and punch which helps with my stress levels . He is also very helpful at keeping me accountable , he sends me a text here or there ... saying hope you have a healthy eating day ... it helps because in my life it goes crazy easily . I like the me time I get , and I'm comfortable there which is huge to not feel out of place when you are trying to change ! Thanks Taylor !

I've been working with Taylor for several years, and I couldn't be happier with my results or the environment of acceptance and community he fosters at Fitness Vision. I started working out with Taylor to help resolve some mobility issues and improve my general fitness - I've never been particularly athletic, and I often struggled to find activities that were effective and didn't result in injury. Despite my inexperience (and general lack of coordination), Taylor has been patient and kind, and he always has an alternative option for exercises that aren't comfortable for me. I've seen huge improvements in my mobility, endurance, and strength. I can't recommend him enough if you're looking for someone who will really listen to your concerns and help you achieve your goals regardless of your current fitness level. Thank you, Taylor!!
