Definitely will not go back there!!!! Frank did our taxes this yr. and charged us an arm and leg!! We were told 1 thing and then got charged for things we didn’t need or ask for him to do!!! Their explanation was that paper cost went up a lot. And Frank never returned our request for a call back to explain himself. So in my opinion don’t waste your time and $$$. If that’s how they treat new customers I don’t want to know how he treats repeat customers!

So where to start, Frank the owner was constantly begging to do my payroll, REFUSED, it was ovbvious that the simple task he coud not deal with, wanted to do my Employee Rentention Credit, of course he wanted 15% of wat i would get, that would be close to $15,000, tyen he says, cant do anything as he had to leave the country, what we learned the hard way is that he never filed are corporate taxes, get called from his rude and disgusting office person wanting to set up a time for me to come in for my 2022 taxes, my god tgis sad excuse of a CPA didnt do the 2021 taxes as he said, she laughed at me, yelled at me, i then he mailed Frankie and he responds that i should find another CPA, this after he lied and milead me for two years, AVOID this company, he lacks honesty and morales, staff is uneducated and rude,

Don't waste your time or $. Made an appointment to have my taxes done and when I arrive they are closing up. I was never on the schedule. I show a confirmation email and they then do my taxes. A week goes by and my taxes still haven't been e- filed. I am going somewhere else. I strongly don't recommend using them.

Frank and uTaxes are amazing and they have been doing my personal and business taxes several years now. Frank is great and always available to answer any questions I have not just during tax time but during the year as well. Highly recommend uTaxes and they are very reasonably priced too!

Frank and uTaxes have handled our personal returns for 3 or 4 years now after being recommended from our prior tax professional (of nearly 20 years). Service has been very good, responsive, thorough, professional.

Untaxes made many mistakes on our routine taxes. They guessed answers to several basic questions, which they could have easily asked for the correct answers for, and they guessed wrong each time. We only noticed when we reviewed their work.Additionally, they were largely non-responsive, and we had to chase them down for status, as the filing deadline approached. Not a competent tax preparer.

Before posting this review, I took quite some time to think about whether I should bother because as a business professional I understand how reviews can affect a business. However, it’s come to a point where I can’t even begin to describe the displeasure I’ve had with Frank and his office. He was referred to me by my prior accountant who handled my personal income tax return for 6 years. When I created my business he asked me to work with Frank since he knew more about business tax returns. During this 3 year business relationship with Frank’s office, he has continuing processes my business information incorrectly. After numerous emails asking for corrections, simple corrections such as my business address! Apparently, they don’t see the value of having the correct address for their clients. Thankfully, I have a great relationship with the business of the incorrect address that they let me know when IRS documents are sent to them! Secondly, they misquote their service fees and my request to simply discuss an invoice was blown so out of proportion that he sent me one email response stating they can’t discuss anything further with “non-clients.” Not entirely sure when I became a “non-client”....I never once said I wouldn’t pay the invoice! I have a commission based business, I know and respect the value of time and professional fees!! Instead of calling to discuss, they ignored all my emails and calls. The invoice was paid and they of course were quick to cash it. And to no surprise never finished the work! So here I am today, receiving notices from the IRS for charges due to late filing because he failed to do any of the work that he invoiced me for! I don’t even both asking them to pay the fees because I don’t trust they will and just want this over. This is only a snippet of the continued errors, late filing, many ignored calls and emails. Again, I take no pleasure in having to post this review but it really saddens me to see how someone can just simply treat a client with such a level of disregard when there were no errors on my part! I would NEVER treat a client in the manner that they’ve treated me.
