This location is okay. It's really hot in the store. My daughter had a gift card and wanted to use it 3/8 the cashier asked if we wanted to throw away the card I said no there is still a balance on it smh. Also the cashier gave tote bags out for free to a couple but my daughter and I were charged. The cashiers especially the girl we went to associate # 857583 needs more training or something.

I went here yesterday to get my little sister a phone case, a few seconds after walking in I was asked to show ID, this worker (male) very rudely kept saying “excuse me” over and over, thinking he was a shopper as well, I thought he was trying to get through so I didn’t respond and stood still, then he said “if you keep ignoring me i’m going to kick you out”. Claiming he was security and asked for ID. I didn’t have my ID on me, and even if I did, they don’t sell anything requiring ID, plus personal information such as an address are on my ID, I should not have to provide that. I told him politely I was 18 and that I left my ID in the car, he told me I need to be 21 to chaperone and kicked us out. I’ve gone here many times never had an issue. Later saw him kick out an entire group of girls my age. just losing sales and rude as hell about it. I highly don’t recommend going here after that experience, customer service was awful.

Only one person to wait on a whole line of customers during a busy hour, don't stress your employees like that, but the service wasn't great either way.
