I don't even know how to properly describe our experience there today without backlash and/or judgement. I've never felt more unwelcome and unwanted in a business. I dont think I'll go back to this location. I've spent thousands in Foot Locker stores over the years and I have never been completely ignored in an almost dead store.. They had maybe 2 other guests in there (not busy at all for this business). 2 employees that I saw...the guy was working the register, the other made eye contact and still just stood there. We were never greeted, never asked if we could use help, we even sat down and waited to be polite (thought maybe the employee not on register was busy in a way I was unaware of, or maybe she was on a break and not clocked in idk). At one point I looked over and she was looking right at us - still nothing. As we were leaving empty handed and me visibly upset a man walks in and I hear "Hello sir welcome into the store" very loudly from the employee who ignored our existence. I tried to express my issue with the gentleman who finished up with the other guests but it wasn't coming out right so I apologized to him for even being upset, and I left. Could I have handled it better? Yes. But again, I've never walked into a Foot Locker with barely any other guests and been so disregarded. Now I know how it feels.

Terrible service, I’m looking for help, all the employees are up at the checkout laughing. I asked for a size 7 for the Ugg slippers. I have an employee literally trying out shoes in front of me and he was the one helping me out. Then has me waiting for about 25 mins and at that point I left the store.

It’s impressive how a little customer service skills makes a huge difference to a shopper. Whoever manages or owns this location is missing out on revenue cause of lack of customer service of the employees.

Customer service was good except one worker she was Hispanic I believe she was very inconvenient she asked for my shoe size went to the back and walked out with no shoe and started helping another gentleman I was like wow granted I kept changing my shoe size but I was trying to find a conferable shoe for work I ended up finding 2 pair of vapor pro max and 1 air max and was happy with my service from the nice lady that was patient with me I hope she got great commission
