Told me they would call Colonie center to see if they had a size in stock. Came back 5 minutes later saying store doesn’t have them even though it says they do in the system. Went to Colonie center and picked them up within that hour

Employees at this Foot Locker NEVER EVER answer the phone. I myself have seen Foot Locker employees standing around either sucking there thumb watching people walk by or talking at the desk with another worker with the phone ringing a few different times. They DO NOT stop talking and answer the phone. VERY POOR customer service at this store. That is unless you are there with money or your Credit Card in hand so the Customers just DO NOT matter. There money does. Your better off going to another Foot Locker OR shoe store where your valued as a customer not only valued for your money. Been calling since they opaned. SMH

Ervin and Jolund were absolutely amazing!! They helped us find the perfect sneaker for my son for basketball who has very flat feet and needed something wider as well. These guys went above and beyond to help us and we had the best experience. We will go back to foot locker every time we need sneakers and look for them to help! Thank you so much guys!!
