nice people (some of them, others are negligent and rude) but this store is almost always closed and it’s frustrating.

Went in to purchase a couple things for my husband & the female worker who I hadn’t caught her name, was very polite. Bright blue hair & bright smile :D ! We also both had a great chat about life back in NYC. Store seemed very up to par in terms of having products as well. Would recommend.

I arrived at 2:50pm and found the store closed. A sign said Back by 3:30. I wasted time walking around the mall. I'm now sitting in front of the closes store at 3:38.

I came in there to get a couple of drinks, The dude working there by the name of Justin was so friendly and full of energy. He only moved to Albany a few days ago, but seems to know his way around his customers. Wish you all the best Justin. We exchanged pleasantries and learned new things about each other.

Would definitely not go back into this location.Very limited (or so it seemed) in product. Just seemed kind of thrown on the wall. When we entered the store, the (seemed like a teenager) staff member was sweeping, head down the entire time. Did not even greet us, asked us if we needed any assistance. The vibe of the store was very unwelcoming and just felt, awkward.The kid/staff member swept with his head very down the entire time (at least 5-10 minutes) that we were in the store. We decided to not buy anything & head out. The kid/staff member didn't even pick his head up to say anything at all to us.Dressed in sweatpants & sweatshirt, head down, just sweeping the entire time, felt like he was more of just a cleaner than an actual staff member.Better customer service in this place definitely needed.

Well it’s 6:54 pm on a Thursday 05/20/21 and I was told by the worker he just closed up…. I asked what time do you close, responded with 7:00pm. Guess I’ll never go there again. Thanks.

Having a bit of knowledge in supplements I was ready to drop a bit of money on what I needed for my goals. I was asked what I was looking for so I mentioned and the lady tried to get me towards a pill when I said powder. Besides the fact she took me across the store twice trying to show me a product she didn’t even know where it was. It was very frustrating and when I mentioned I have product knowledge she tried to say she had more than I. So instead of getting what I needed I walked out very upset. I was appalled by her lack of care for the customers..

Went to return a item (protein powder) in vanilla flavor for strawberry. In less than 30 days ( store policy) but it went up $5.00 they insisted I pay the $5.00.

They wouldn't let me use a coupon for $15 off because the computer says it was already used on the 16th, but that was impossible because the coupon wasn't printed out until after my purchase on the 23rd. The staff was pretty much zero help and they didn't seem to want to help either. It's a good store but bad experience with the staff. They seem to have minimal knowledge about their job. I've worked in retail before and there is always a way to override a coupon that won't work because of a system error. Even if you have to call a manager at another store for help (there was no manager on duty). Hopefully they can fix their system errors.
