After a little miscommunication we finished purchasing a used vehicle today. Our sales person nick coli did an excellent job. And we ended up getting the car we were interested in. I would highly recommend nick as a sales person for any transaction. I will be going there in the future for my cars.

I had the Best experience at Goldstein GMC… The team was professional, courteous and thoughtful.. They worked diligently to make the sale easy and timely.. I was in my new vehicle in about 3 hours..My Sales Representative Nate Auriemma took the time to go over the details of the truck.. He discussed my wishes regarding payment options, warranties etc.. He was well versed in the vehicle and it’s ability to meet my needs..He introduced me to his team.. Paolo Albanese and Greg Perry.. They obtained my loan with consideration of my desired monthly payment.. They reviewed additional options and recommendations that were suited to my needs.. They worked hard to ensure my satisfaction in every aspect…I was given a tour of the departments and introduced to everyone..Including the service department..I made my first appointment with Scott Selby.. He was kind and took the time to discuss the department and the services available.. Honestly, the whole experience.. felt personal….I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Goldstein GMC… What a Great experience.. What great people on Staff..

Waited over 3hrs on a cash deal… was told it was because they were cleaning my car. Finally got the car and it was dirty then driving home and low tire pressure came on for all my tires. And still am waiting for paperwork so I can go register my car. Not a good experience at all. Any time you asked someone something you got different answers depending on who you talked to.

My overall experience in buying my new Envista was very good. I especially want to say how much my wife and I enjoyed working with our sales person Wes Rottkamp. We both have had lots of experience purchasing new and used cars from many different dealers here and elsewhere and we both felt that Wes did an excellent job of making this most recent purchase a pleasant one. As I typically trade in my cars every 3-4 years, I look forward to the possibility of working with Wes again at some point in the future. I think Goldstein has found a "keeper" in this young man.

Sales was fantastic. My salesman Brandon was amazing and couldn’t ask for more but the service dept was horrible and the worst I’ve ever dealt with. First off they had an entire week to have my truck ready for pickup and they screwed up the entire process. They unhooked the battery and didn’t realize it till they tried to inspect it the morning I was picking it up so I had to take it on a dealer plate. Then 2 items I ordered to be put on the truck were never ordered so I had to come back for those as well. Then the 2nd key was never ordered so that meant another trip back down and I’m an hour away. Fast forward another week I go down to get it inspected and find out they still never ordered the key which they lied about and said it was on back order. I called 2 other dealers with the vin number to find out the key is readily available for overnight shipment. The truck still couldn’t be inspected so I had to leave it and take a loaner. while the truck was there I asked if they could check the balance on the tires due to a vibration. They argued with me saying they didn’t feel anything so I asked them to please just check them. They said they checked and all the wheels were fine. 2 days later I took it to another gm dealer and had them checked and all 4 were out of balance and one was missing weight that came off so they lied about that as well. They had the truck for 3 days and returned it with the inspection sticker on it and the check engine light on. I feel zero confidence in this service dept to do what they say they will do or the competence to do it. I was planning on making Goldstein my new dealer after being with denooyer for over 30 years. I’m not so sure I wanna do that now. Like I said sales was outstanding but the service dept was absolutely trash. Much needed to improve in the service sept of this dealership. I worked at a gm dealership as a parts manager for over 10 years soni know what it means to take care of a customer and this was not how you do that.

Nick our salesman was fantastic. He was never too pushy and made the experience fun and enjoyable. This was carried through when we had to deal with finalizing the sale with management and then in finance with Paolo.

Worst service experience in the 8 years I've gone for oil changes & inspection.• Never got a video txt to me with the car being worked on like in the past.• No sticker put on window with the mileage and when due again.• No paper mat put on floor to keep it clean. I keep car spotless for an 8 year old vehicle and 20,000 original miles on it.• Added items not approved. When i approached desk, i said oil change with coupon & inspection. I had a coupon for oil change $65. and an inspection for $20. ($85. total) bill was $139.00 It was lowered to $110. when I complained. I will not be returning to this establishment, it's unfortunate.

Both Dan and Brandon provided exceptional customer service. Both were responsive when I called or had any questions. They also kept me up to date on when my truck would be coming in. I highly recommend both of them to friends and family for any of their new car purchases. 10 out of 10

I thought they were pretty good. I bought in my 2014 GMC Silverado 1500 because it had a problem with the wiring becoming broken at the hinge and not being able to operate my passenger and rear windows. It turns out that i they also can get corroded and it didn't help that I had to have the rocker panels replaced about four months ago because of rust. Anyway, when I first drove in to this dealership, I could easily see where are you drive up to the door, and the automatic door would open and you would wait inside until someone came to greet you. It wasn't too long, then a young gentleman came and was taking down notes outside my vehicle. I didn't know if he wanted any additional information from me he. he didn't say anything much, just grinned, probably at the leave the keys in the vehicle joke . I assumed that I just need to walk in to see the service advisor, which I did. I gave my information to Danica, and she properly advised me on the process. She was very helpful about that. It wasn't too long before they came back to me and asked me if my doors were taken off, which they had been, since I had it in for repair for Rust under the rocker panels. They asked me to give the Autobody shop that repaired a call to find out if they didn't miss a wire or something when reinstalling the doors. I did try to call the autobody shop, but distinctly knew in my gut, that if those windows or mirrors weren't working after the initial Autobody repair, I would've known by now. So I asked them to look at it further and read up on it online as I was at the dealership and found out that it is a common thing which happens with these vehicles, and Silverado as well. about 20 minutes later, they came back and told me the same thing I found out online, that the wire is sometimes get pinched at the door hinge, cutting the power to the mirrors and control for the passenger side and both driver side and passenger rear windows. So about a half an hour later it was fixed for $348. The only thing I would say, or tell them, is do a little bit more of due diligence and check things out thoroughly before telling a customer to check other options. Telling a customer to call the body shop or other shop where you had work done, should be your very last item before going out the door. But after 2 1/2 hours, problem solved! Well done!

It was a super easy and quick experience. I was feeling a bit nervous since it was the first time I was going to get my oil change on my new car. But the person who helped me was super patient and informative. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

No longer offering service to non-gmc vehicles. Have had my truck (21' Chevy) serviced here for over a year. Chose this dealer on word of mouth from a coworker. Arrived today for my scheduled service appointment and informed they no longer service non-gmc vehicles at this location (due to a new contract). Would have been nice to know when I called and scheduled for service (or a phone call before driving to my appointment).

Goldstein was most helpful. I didn't have time to go to dealerships and test drive cars. I knew what I wanted. After I explained my need to get a rough price sent to me Goldstein was very accommodating. They sent me a quote with a "conditional" estimate on my trade, pending an appraisal at the dealership. I liked what I saw, went there, no test drive, just finalized the deal. I'm extremely satisfied with how I was treated and I love the Terrain.I'm hoping now that we can get my wife situated with turning in her leased Encore, or purchasing, not sure what's going to happen yet. Headed back to the dealership at 4:30.Thank you again.
