Both my husband and I have had wonderful experiences with Justin and the staff at Finkle. Justin was especially helpful with a ton of questions I had about a few older pieces my grandmother left me, as I didn't know what I was dealing with and wanted a professional eye. I truly appreciated never feeling rushed or that I was wasting his time. When it came to the jewelry service itself, everything was handled beautifully, professionally, and in a very timely manner. Had a bad experience with a chain jeweler and had Finkle repair the setting on the ring and create other custom jewelry to complement. The level of craftsmanship and service is top notch. If you’re looking for great service and selections at reasonable prices you shouldn’t go anywhere else.

My husband went to Justin for my engagement ring with no clue of what I could possibly want. What he proposed to me with was something I could have never imagined! My husband had a vision and tried his best to explain that to the team at Finkle's, and they turned that vision into a reality. The service was so incredible that we went back for our wedding bands, and then again for a watch for my husband. Every single interaction was exactly what you would want as a customer, but typically hard to find. We will never go anywhere else!
