Terrible , went through twice car still pretty dirty. The manager didn't care so over priced as other automated car washes did much better job

Very few self care wash places left and this one is clean. It takes a credit card, so you only pay for the time you use.

Cleans car great . Wheels not so much. Gonna try spraying something on before I go to see if it helps.I wish they would have a family plan for multiple cars.For one price.

It's easy for me to self wash my car at the Shaker road location! Very friendly staff in explaining how things work here.

4 stars as it has no free vacuums. Does has a variety of ways to wash your car, and ecellent carpet shampoo and vacuum combo.

In u-do-it bays, the pay by paper bills is very temperamental. Would not take any bills (in perfect) condition. We don't pay by charge card bc the unattended cc swiper(s) r at to high of risk for skimming or possible phishing via malicious links sent to the company. Who knows how this company takes care of their emails/ computers. So luckily we had lots of quarters. Maybe HCW should place covers over bill insert area so water doesn't get in machinery. I think this is the problem ..equipment got too wet so it rejects currency. It was very wet & even had soap dripping from control panel.

Convenient vacuum and self serve 24 hr place located 5 min from downtown albany. Worked wonderful for my drop top -il in and out in 15 minutes, a quick vacuum and wash for the beast.

Equipment is in good condition and self service bays are reasonably priced and takes credit cards. Still have an issue with sparrows nesting in the bays, though.

Not a bad place at all, we use the self bays and I love the fact they are monitored at all times...makes you feel a bit safer. Last time I went, someone dumped tons of salt in the bay we were in
