“I'm writing to specifically thank Zach and his shift supervisor, Tony. I had called AAA a few days earlier because my battery was dead. The guy who responded to my call said I needed a new battery, so he left and returned to install the new battery, which I purchased from him/AAA directly.

Unfortunately, the next morning when I started my car, my A/C panel was not lighting up and the A/C did not work - which was especially frustrating because we were in the midst of a heat wave. When I called AAA back to tell them, the dispatacher said the only thing they could do is send someone out to check the battery charge. I agreed, hoping once someone arrived, perhaps they would double check the connections or offer some guidance.

Here's where the story begins. Zach arrived on that very hot day with a cheerful and friendly attitude -- and when I explained what had happened, he kindly offered to try and figure out what was going on. His initial attempts were unsuccessful, so he called his shift surpervisor, Tony, who agreed to come over with a voltage meter to check the fuses. Tony was also super friendly and skilled. Within a few minutes he had identified the busted fuse, replaced it, and my A/C was running again. I have no idea why the dispatcher told me all they could do was check my battery charge, because Zach and Tony did so much more than that.

They probably saved me hundreds of dollars - and, perhaps even more importantly, they were so kind to me and incredibly professional and helpful.

“Jason who was assigned to me, when my car was in an accident has been Awesome! He has been there whenever I had a questions.
