I went to the Latham salon for a male to female make up session with Olivia for Halloween.She is totally amazing and has a great sense of humor.We spoke literally for the entire time as she was doing the makeover which was just as fun as doing the makeover itself.I am 55 years old,told her what I was shooting for and just had her run with it.I was expecting something cool but she added touches on her own and she totally knocked it out! She should be working in Hollywood and the atmosphere and other staff there are fantastic! HIGHlY RECOMMEND THIS SALON!

Francesca washed, trimmed, dried my hair. It looks great. She is a very good stylist and a very nice woman.
My husband and I get manis and pedis with Veronica. Another great lady!

Brett is the best! She listens, is attentive, and is incredibly thorough. I’ve been to many salons in my lifetime - never took hair care or upkeep seriously - but once I cut a bob and found Brett she makes the experience enjoyable and she perfects the style every time. This salon is clean, professional, and the people there are very kind.

Ok,
I’ve been going to the same friend of mine to cut my hair for 40 years and all of a sudden she was unable to fit me in due to family illness. I felt a fish out of water going to a salon but this place is hands down genuine, authentic and friendly as soon as I entered the door. I told Viva the reason why I was nervous and she made me feel at ease. The assistant, I think Michelle was a doll and was very kind and attentive. Everyone seemed happy and chill!! It was a Tuesday morning so it was quiet but being that it was my first time at a salon I was happy it was not too busy!
Viva did a great job with my color and cut and spent some quality time talking and getting an idea as to what I preferred but at the same time gave her an opportunity to show her creative juices to update my dew!
I did not use the other amenities but it looks like this is the place if you need nails, pedicures, facials, Botox and laser hair removal. The cost was more than I was used to but I was expecting it due to the fact that I was paying half the amount for 40 years. Bottom line, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this place! I love the way they train their own staff too! An all around great place! Bravo!

Adelie at Jean Paul in Stuyvesant has given me great pedicures multiple times in a row. She is clean, thorough, careful, and always leaves my feet looking and feeling great, even taking good care of my Covid toes, and they stay great for a long time. Thank you!

Menuka intruduced me to facial threading - a great alternative to waxing. I found it to be much more pleasant and less painful compared to putting on hot wax and ripping with paper. I would highly recommend Menuka for facial threading or waxing if you prefer. My skin looked radiant afterward and there was little to no irritation from the procedure. I will definitely be back!!
