“Annalisa was very helpful. She took her time and honestly answered my (many) questions about each earring before piercing my ears.
I ended up getting 5 piercings. The earrings are good quality (gold and diamond), and the piercing process only took a few seconds each. Well worth it.
The other woman working there, Kyra (sorry, if I misspelled the name) was also pleasant and helpful. She offered me recommendations that were more “local” for me (I’m from nyc).
Overall, great service from both, and so far, no issues with the piercings.”

“I bought this necklace from them I have sensitive skin and told them I will sue if my skin develop any infection. To test it out I wear it everyday I bath with it every night and never take it off. Had it for 5 months now and just bought earring 2 months no color change. I’m coming soon for gold grill but so fair I been treated good. “Lola my absolute favorite store to visit not only the most unique and classic earrings which for me is difficult to find anything for my sensitive ears. I wanted a unique disc pair of earrings Megan went above and beyond she took my information and said she’d absolutely look for them for me. At times not at Lola I’ve requested an item they’ve taken my information and I’d hear nothing. Not at Lola Megan and her incredible staff followed through got the earrings and contacted me. “Several years ago, we inherited an art collection. The collection included over five hundred pieces of artwork from both Eastern European and American artists. (Including but not limited to oils, drawings, lithographs, engravings, and original inks.) Since the collection was not catalogued, we had no idea how to organize it, who some of the artists were and the overall value. We met with Mark Lawson, and he agreed to take on the task of researching the artist for each piece, organizing the collection, and eventually auctioning it for us. He was able to identify each piece and arrange an auction in less than 6 months.We were impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail that he and his staff exhibited. We were also pleased with the first auction in which a majority of the artwork was sold. Subsequently he arranged a second auction in which additional pieces were sold. Finally, with our approval donated the remainder of the artwork to a local charity.We would gladly recommend Mark Lawsons Antiques to anyone seeking appraisals or someone to sell items.”
“Nothing exceptional, in terms of the variety of Swarovski products available at the store. Staff are helpful, but are different on every visit (or so it seems) - so that can be a challenge if you're going to ask questions (if staff are always new, how much do they really know about the products, right?) Stop by if you're in the mall - those Swarovski figurines are always fun to look at...I have my eye on that Batman, but may need to trade in my car to afford it! ? Ah well, who needs a car, anyway...Upgraded my review to 4 stars for the quick response from the owner (within 24 hours) to my review. Not all owners are monitoring reviews, and even fewer respond to them. I see that this owner responds to both positive and negative reviews in a professional manner - kudos!”

It was not silver, but these guys figured out a way to enlarge it enough for me, right there on the spot and I was able to slip it over my ring finger.When I asked what I owed, they told me not to worry about it and sent me on my way.A great experience!
