Unfriendly, no one speaks or says hello. The whole staff could use a a training in customer service! I am speaking about the team inside. except the team that greets you when you pull your car in! I am very surprised at the demeanor of the salesman!

Appointment at 7:20, arrived early. After over an hour checked on status of my car. It had not even gone in yet. Spoke to a supervisor and was told only 2 people working. Unacceptable service, this is why I stopped bringing my car here. It's been over an hour and a half and still not done!

Erinie Walton was communicative and efficient for our regular oil change. He noted an issue we had after taking our car elsewhere for a previous oil change and cleaned things up. He was straightforward that I did not need any filters or new tires, etc. Ernie helped me once before on a recall issue and even remembered that before entering that into the system. I appreciated his service, honesty & friendly demeanor! I also appreciated the car wash.
