I think the ladies at this store are so very nice... always helpful ... always kind.My issue is lack of sizes above size 10 ... 12,14,16 & 18. Inevitably I end up nextdoor at T's - since I can rarely find my size in stock at Loft...

Bought a beautiful $130 coat and used $50 in Loft cash. I was told that since it was not on sale I could bring in my receipt if it happened to go on sale in the next 7 days for a price adjustment. Wouldn't luck have it that it went on sale the next day, 40% off! I brought in my receipt and was told that I would receive $1.25 back. After expecting a lot more, I was told that since I used Loft cash it looked like I paid the sale amount. I was under the impression based on what the sales associate said to me the day before I'd be getting a lot more back and not just wasting the Loft cash. I ended up returning the coat. I understand the rules of Loft cash but ultimately made the return based on the behavior of the sales associate and manager. I have been to this location multiple times and they are all very rude. Its a shame that one location seems to ruin my whole idea of the Loft. I will no longer be shopping at any of the Loft locations.

I walked in super frustrated having my luggage lost by the airline and trying to find something for work meetings I had to attend. When I saw i was blown away by the level of service and attention I received, whew an experience. The woman who helped in the dressing room kept checking on all of us ladies back there. She checked sizes for me, put together items, and then threw in a necklace. I got two cute outfits, had a great experiences, and laughed with the other ladies about my bag mishaps. I have never had the level of service I received here on the afternoon of 4/12 but I'm glad I stopped in and had the opportunity to shop here!
