Mike at Maaco is phenomenal, we've been going to Mike for many years when needed. He is so helpful, fast at repairs and affordable! Wouldn't go anywhere else. They do a great job! Always satisfied.

I had a small accident hitting the roof of a friends SUV on a low ceiling in a parking garage when I was turning around. There was a dent and scratched paint on the spoiler and roof panel. I was nervous about how much I would owe for fixing the damaged areas of the car. I brought it to this Maaco which I was a little apprehensive about after reading some of the reviews but they gave me a good price to fix the damage. So I ultimately left the car with them to have it fixed. After a few days I picked up the car and it was immaculate. Looked like new! I think they also cleaned the interior of the car. They did such a great job I felt it necessary to leave an honest 5 star review. If I have any body car body damage in the future I know I can trust this place.

Scheduled an appointment, for an estimate. I got there on time and the guy at the desk said his boss wasn't around and I should try again maybe on Monday. What's the point of scheduling an appointment then? Luckily, I found a better place that took me in the same day and it actually had parking space and was clean and organized inside.

I went to see you guys on 7/10 and I had an appointment scheduled at 4:45. Went I went the doors were closed and tried calling and got no answer.

I’d love to get an estimate. I went there today 6/28 at 3pm. The front door was locked but people were working in the garage. Went to the garage and into the office from there. No one around. Called from my cell and no one answered. How do you make an appointment?

I am very pleased with my Subaru car repair at Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting in Albany, NY. The repair was professional and inexpensive.

Fast service - they gave me a free and accurate estimate on the day I first went there. They were able to take me in the following week. The repair was well done and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had vacuumed the interior to the point of being spotless, which I, despite my best efforts, had never been able to achieve.
