Teresa was very pleasant to talk to. She broke every part down for me, was able to give me physical copies of payments and agreements, and show me the unit before signing. Melissa at the Colonie location is just fantastic!! I needed a storage unit for work, first time I've ever shopped around for a storage unit for personal or professional reasons. Melissa was consistently the most helpful and went the extra mile. The value of Mabey's Self Storage is fantastic. I appreciate the rate certainty, and again, the customer service (aka Melissa).
