The ladies at the store where very helpful and very very respectful.. I did a online order and went in to pick up my order.. the lady helped cut and size the belt w no problems to my exact size.. most respectful Michael store I’ve ever been in yet!!

I had such a great experience at the Michael Kors store in Crossgates Mall! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The store was clean, beautifully organized, and full of stunning new styles.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The team was not only professional but genuinely kind and patient. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered great suggestions without being pushy. I left feeling confident with my purchase and appreciated the personal touch they added to the entire shopping experience.

I recently visited this location in search of a blouse for my mother, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Page. She was incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Her warmth and professionalism made me feel genuinely welcomed and supported throughout the entire experience. Page is the kind of employee every company should be proud to have she not only met expectations, she exceeded them.
Unfortunately, my experience was tainted by the behavior of another staff member: the older woman in the black dress who was working alongside Page. Unlike the younger associates who were all friendly and welcoming this particular individual was cold, dismissive, and made no effort to engage with us whatsoever. She didn’t greet us when we walked in, didn’t offer assistance, and certainly didn’t thank us when we left. Instead, she sat back and stared us down with a look of judgment and superiority, as though we didn’t belong there. It was insulting, uncomfortable, and frankly unacceptable.
The contrast between Page and this associate could not have been more stark. While Page delivered exceptional service with grace and care, the older woman in the black dress projected rudeness and condescension that had no place in a customer-facing role. It’s disheartening to walk into a store and feel looked down on especially when you’re simply trying to shop for a gift for your mother.
Page absolutely deserves recognition and a raise for handling herself with such poise and professionalism in an environment where her teammate clearly failed to do the same. As for the older associate, her behavior reflects poorly on the business and calls into question whether she should continue in a role that requires empathy, warmth, and respect none of which she displayed.

I am a customer of this store. But this is the first time I have bought online and I was very disappointed with the purchase of the Michael Kors bag. I paid for it through Giftwrap, which did not come with it. Everything came in a very large box, half open. The Michael Kors bag does not even seem to be original. Very disappointed.

Ok so I normally don't spend 160 on shades but these I loved as soon as I seen them...I rarely wear them, keep them in the case and all they are about a month in a half old so ...I noticed the other day I put them on the one side felt off..so today I reach in thr case the whole side fell off like seriously...smh ..I'd probably have a better chance buying knockoffs ...I'd really like these to be replaced or fixed

There is an older lady that works at the Albany location that "type casts" people. I believe she is a manager. She treats people based on how you come into the store either dressed, or the color of your skin. If you're dark skinned or dressed in sweats she treats you like you are less then fortunate, and gives you incorrect information. If you have a lighter skin tone or are dressed in a designer brand, she gives you the upmost respect. Regardless of someone's background financially or ethnically, everyone should be treated the same, especially if they are spending their hard earned money on these products.

Sofia831799 was the best she gave me the best service ever. Sofia even up sale me a Lil but definitely not pushy. I enjoyed my time shopping in the store she was so knowledgeable about the products. She knew the answer to every question I had. This is the first time I ever felt so comfortable spending my money. The way she explained and described the merchandise I know I was getting high end quality. Sofia at store#00646 is the best part of the store I just want to say thank u for all your help I know my girl is going to love her gift
