Horrible experience. These people will just suck up every dime of your money for no reason. Bad customer service experience and bad attitudes toward clients. Not trying to make peoples lives easier. Quite the opposite. I’ve had inspections before with humble shops that will take one look at the tires and let you know you will fail inspection. To come back. No these people have you wait the 45 mins and charge you $21 just to give you that info. Waste of time on earth and hard earned money. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE FOR AN INSPECTION!!!!

I went to have my head light replaced and was riped off by an employee I was told that I was given a head light that cost over $200 when I checked the serial numbers it said it was worth $7.95 at Walmart. Then they did not replaced my headlight due to they said whom ever did my light prior sliced my wires and I needed a whole new entire headlight completely so I would have to order it and it would take a few days and cost around $300.00. After going through this they then changed me $ $137.00 for the light bulb that they said I got over on so I paid them not knowing I asked them where the light bulb was when they pulled the car out they said in the car so I looked it was in my glove box which I knew I had an old one in there from prior so I asked again where it was and he assured me it was in the glove box so I stayed and checked the serial number and that's I found out what the value of the light bulb that I had I'm my possession was. Needless to say, I am a woman, and I don't appreciate being taken advantage of I'm any form. This has to stop!!! It's insane and sick. If I were you, I would stand clear of this place.

On our way to Canada from New Jersey, our car's muffler broke and we needed to get it replaced. They told us they had the parts and it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. Then, after installing it they realized they were missing a gasket. It took two extra hours to do the job, 3.5 hours! No one bothered to even explain what was going on while we waited. I don't recommend this shop.

I worked with Jesse who was great when getting my 2019 jeep wrangler repaired. I came in with some problems that I thought would be serious and expensive. They were able to get me in the follow day to examine the vehicle. Jesse went over affordable repair options with me. I felt these were fair prices, and he seemed extremely knowledgeable. We had to have a follow up appointment after parts arrived, and they were able to complete the work in a few hours. I left feeling confident in the work. I waited a week to write a review just to see how the car rode after and make sure everything felt good. I’m satisfied with my experience, and will definitely go back in the future if I have any other issues.

Jesse, the store manager is excellent along with his repair team. He can explain,in easy to understand terms, what your car needs and works within your budget to prioritize and resolve issues. Friendly and trustworthy and delivers great service.
