I have purchased a lot of furniture for Mooradians, and have been very happy with my purchases. One exception though is a large desk that has two drawers for files. Neither of these file drawers actually work. If you have tabs on your files, which most people do so they can see quickly what files they are, these drawers are too small and you can’t close the drawers.I tried reasoning with the owner, Dave Mooradian, requesting that he satisfy this customer who has a problem. He absolutely refused to take the desk back, which I wasn’t expecting him to do, and he refused to give me a refund of any kind. That’s not customer satisfaction. I wasn’t looking for a complete refund, but something would’ve been better than nothing.I liked supporting Mooradians in the past and certainly expected better of them. Capitalism is their only game and they don’t give a damn about customers. We have bought many things over the years from them so this was very disappointing.

I often find something I like here, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is helpful! We have even ordered some customs sized book cases, from one of the Amish companies. All great stuff!

I’ve done business many times at Mooradians Furniture . The service is always great & I like the quality of the furniture , I’ve never had anything fall apart or wear bad . I find them to be very accommodating helping you find exactly what you want . I say it’s a very reliable company & definitely recommend checking them out .

Purchased a powered reclining sectional in 2019. One of the sections died with the footrest up. Thanks to Covid we were stuck like that for a long time. They finally got a service guy out to fix it. Then it died again and they again fixed it. Now two sections died. I had bought a 5 year warranty because I was worried about all the motors, but apparently that’s only for “accidental” damage and this isn’t accidental so it’s not covered. Absolutely horrible products as the unit died 4 times in 4 years and service is just as poor. Will never shop there again.*It has broken 4 times in 4 years. I did reach out since I purchased a 5 year warranty, only to be told that my warranty only applies to "accidental damage." Your service team offered to have a tech come for a fee. In addition it was clear I would not only pay for the tech to come look, but I would pay all parts and repair expenses. When I spent $2500 on a sectional I didn't think it would break 4 times in 4 years and I certainly didn't think Mooradians would jerk me around like they have.

I purchased a power section in 2019. I was concerned about the power aspect and items breaking, so I purchased a 5 year warranty. One of the recliners broke in the up position during covid. Not Mooradians fault, but it took forever to get a tech to come fix it. It broke again shortly thereafter and another tech had to come fix it again. It now has TWO broken sections and Mooradians washed their hands of it and told me the warranty only covers accidental damage. They certainly offered a tech to come look at it if I paid for a service visit. Considering the unit is 4 years old and has broken 4 times, I felt that was a poor customer service decision. When I spent $2500 on a sectional I expected it to last a few years without breaking, but clearly I was wrong. I was wrong about Mooradians too and will not be shopping there again.

As soon as I opened the door to Mooradian's, Jane swooped in. People working on commission makes for a miserable shopping experience and employees need to learn that you are much less likely to get a sale if you bother a customer incessantly. Jane asked if I needed anything and I said no thank you. She asked if I was looking for anything in particular and I said no I just wanted to look on my own. That should have been answer enough. Instead, she watched my every move, followed me, and, every time I even briefly glanced at something or hesitated, she was on me again bothering me with questions and comments that were not relevant. A business that can't respect the clear Communications of their customers is not a business I'm interested in spending my money at so I left quickly and will not be back nor would I recommend it. It's time to change policies and practices like Old Brick has and work as a team rather than have to so desperately seek commissions. Your customers pay the price for that and it doesn't create helpful respectful staff.

Would someone please help us get our furniture that was supposed to be delivered first in November and then promised no later than December 23rd? To date we still do not have our furniture. We made decisions based on information your customer service provided. We’ve been without living room furniture since the end of November because we went on delivery information provided by your customer service. We’ve been promised callbacks, included one from the owner, and never received a call from anyone. This is by far the worst treatment we’ve ever experienced. If we could get our deposit back, we would cancel the order that we original placed back in March.

Always a wonderful experience!! Me, my husband and three kids visited the route 9 location today and purchased a set of couches. Doug was our salesman, he was so so great! He gave us space and let us take our time and then was very helpful in suggesting what we ended up purchasing! He was very patient and kind! Overall it was a very smooth process. This is our second time purchasing from this company. We are definitely returning customers!!

I had wonderful experience today shopping for my new couch and bed!Thank you Peter Mooradian!Peter helped me get this couch and a new temperputic bed, I so desperately needed. He handled the financing and helped me get this couch but customized a bit for my homes needs!I definitely got a great deal and I know exactly what I am getting. I know it's comfortable and to my liking!Looking forward to seeing it after it is built and delivered!

Always buy my furniture here...Still have many pieces that survived the flood of 2011 that I bought 35 years ago...Only real Wood, no compressed cardboard works for me.

Had a very good price on a bed now when the money comes in I'll get the nice queen size bed they come and they set it up and they deliver it and everything else but you have to go there and pay for it I think it's over it I hope they do I got to just research it some more get back to them again but it's an awesome place to have good stuff there
