Two visits yielded poor attention to detail and potentially dangerous situations. ⚠️ Purchased new tires and they were very overinflated to 40 psi instead of the recommended 33 psi. Second visit was for a tire rotation. After getting my car back I noticed it driving oddly on the thruway. I checked the tires and noticed 3 lug nuts on my front left tire and one on my front right were very loose. This could have caused damage to my car or even worse a serious accident. On the plus side the staff was very polite and seemed honest.

Do NOT use the online website to book an inspection here. Showed up to my “appointment” and was told “oh, we just got it” and “sorry, we don’t have an inspector today”. By the way the staff reacted, it seems to be a regular problem and clearly it is not being fixed. Save your time.

It was a couple of weeks ago and I was heading out of town and went to put air in my tire and broke the air steam. I went to every tire place and no established was willing to help me fix my tire intill I went to mister tire the guys where so friendly and took me right away when I explained my situation great service this will be the only place I bring my car to thank you

Full unsatisfied… the employees were smoking every after 5 mins and i got paid in advance for alignment but they not doing shit…. After an hour the machine was broken and he said come after 2 hours…… #notseeyouagain?

Honest, reliable, and professional! The store manager and his team really saved us from an imminent accident. We came in to check our breaks and found out that not only did Mavis lie to us about our rear breaks being new (they were non existent) but also that the ty rod was at the brink of breaking. I'm grateful for the team and their work ethics and definitely will recommend them to anyone that needs car repair services.

Five stars! I can't say enough good things about the employees at Mr. Tire. I blew out a tire on the Northway and slowly made my way to their shop, arriving close to closing time and without an appointment. Charles, Paul, and Manny went above and beyond to help me. They took the time to explain my options and helped me make the safest decision for my car. They even priced tires with me and went the extra mile by driving to another location to get the tire I needed. They stayed open late just to ensure I was driving home safely. Thanks to their exceptional service and genuine care, this is where I will always be going for my tire needs. Thank you, Mr. Tire!

This place ripped my CV axle on my Accord then try to blame another place that did my lower control arms two weeks prior when I would’ve noticed I even had another place look at my car that following week and they didn’t tell me anything looked over the whole entire car and I even looked at my car that same weekend and there was no grease. Take it to my shop to wash it after I get my two wheels balanced at this place and grease was all over the rear of my rim I didn’t pay it too much attention, I to do my oil change this past weekend and notice a bunch of grease from my CV axle and instantly knew this place mess with my car so I don’t recommend anybody getting anything done to their car at this place
