No soap in the bathroom. Dispenser had nothing hooked up to it and looked like it hadn't in quite some time.

My favorite store. They have the best of everything. I shop here every week. I truly hope that they change their minds and renew their lease with Colonie Center. All employees are friendly and professional.

Some decent deals, but the quality and selection of products for men has REALLY gone down since it opened. Now the men's shoe department is just sad. For whatever reason, people like to come here and move one of a pair of shoes they think they'll return to buy later and hide it who knows where in the store. I have to wonder how many single shoes Nordstrom Rack actually sells...

Dressing room shuts a half an hour before store does. Tried to try on two pieces of clothing at 7:31 and was turned away. Said there was nothing they could do. TERRIBLE customer service. Usually love Nordstrom rack but would avoid this location at all costs

Nice place with a good selection of items. We went today and there was a long line of people waiting to cash out and 4 employees behind the counter. Only one girl (very friendly and helpful) was taking customers while the other three (1 guy, 2 girls) were just hanging out talking, swearing, and laughing. It was really unprofessional. Those three acted like the customers were bothering them. That type of thing makes me not want to go back.
