First of all had to pay a 195 dollar fee for a quote on some small home remodeling.Basic things or so I thought.paid the fee on a debit card,or so I thought. Justin came to our home, asked questions wrote done what we were looking for . Told us in a couple days we would get a quote.We did.And wentAhead with the project.A railing in a hallway to help my wife maneuverAnd safety rails in ourBathroom that she uses. we also wantedA couple of door thresholds replaced. We were told about 4Hours .Justin and another gentleman showed, Justin did the hallway railing, looked nice but not sanded all the way,my wife was getting slivers.JustinLeft and the other person who did the safety rails had no clueWhat to do. Kept drillingHoles, and had to redrillBecause he did not measure correctly.he made a mess on one of the thresholds. WasHere 8 hours and stillCould not get it right.Wanted me to sign paperwork, I refused unless I could note ourIssues with what was done His comment to me was we are not in the remodel business.I told him that's not what Justin said. LongStory short I still have a bunch of extra drilled holes in our bathroomAnd still missing! A front door threshold ramp. On top of that after I paid the estimate fee and was told it went through, was told a month later it did not, mistake on their end and had to redo it again. Very disorganized , I only gave them a 2 becauseThe hallway railing looked good. Be carefulIf you choose to try a remodel with them.Were going to have them put in a newShower insert for herAnd an electric hoyerBut chose not to, after all the issues.Just an update .Received a call from the CEO of this company, he left a message stating they tookThere complaints from customers very seriously.He asked me to call him,Which I did. Went into his voicemail.Left a messageRequesting a return call,So I could discuss our issues. That was 2-3 weeks ago. Obviously my complaints were importantEnough to give me a return call. Changing my review stars from a 2, to a 1.When the CEO cannot return my call, that explainsAlot about this company.

My loved one is disabled and on Medicaid, can't call these folks herself to order her supplies for the month. They used to call or email me but I haven't heard anything from them this month. If I wasn't around for my loved one how would she get her supplies?

I have been told by someone who had worked there in the past that the parts I needed for my wheelchair would not be covered by my ins comp. But tonight I spoke with my insurance company to find out that the parts would be covered. Now my only complaint is that my co-pay had been reached for the year. Now, since it's the end of the year, by the time they build this out I will have to pay my 20%. That kind of stinks. Because of misinformation from the staff here. But that's okay. Going forward will have a great relationship.

Northeast Mobility is excellent! I recently needed to purchase a number of medical supplies for an ailing family member and arrange to have some accessibility equipment installed at her home. Northeast had everything that we needed and their kind and knowledgeable staff were so helpful in navigating this process. Lynn and Justin in particular are wonderful to work with!

I purchased a back brace was never used do to my doctor did not want me to where it paid $80 00 for it and wanted to return it I have been laid up for more than 2 weeks and could not get it returned do too my Wife was out of town and had no way to get it there.When I was able to return it when my wife returned they would not return it cause they have a 7 day return policy. They lost a customer over a $80 purchase I would not ever recommend them there loss!!

The Bone and Joint Center sent my prescription for my scooter and letter of medical necessity to Northeast Mobility Center 5 days before my surgery. I called them to verify that they had received both. I was told they had not received the letter of necessity and asked that I contact the Bone and Joint Center to resend the necessary documents so that my insurance could approve the prescription for the scooter. Bone and Joint Center stated all necessary document were sent x2. Called Dave at NMC 4, 3, 2, 1 days before my surgery and left a message on his voice mail regarding insurance approval for a scooter to use after my surgery. He did not return any phone calls. In fact, the only way I could speak with someone from the rental department was to speak with the receptionist and only then would Dave from the rental department speak with me. On the day before my surgery, NMC sent the required documents to my insurance and stated they requested an expedited approval for the scooter rental. The day of my surgery I received a phone call and email from my insurance company that the prescription had been approved and notification was sent the NMC. Three days after my surgery I sent a friend to NMC to pick up the scooter. She had the letter of approval from the insurance company and my insurance information with her. NMC stated they had not received the approval from the insurance company, would not accept the letter of approval I sent with her and that she would have to pay out of pocket for the rental of the scooter. She did pay out of pocket but, that meant I had to get reimbursement from the insurance company. After I returned the scooter, NMC attempted to bill my friends charge card for the rental, instead of billing the insurance company. My friend refused the charges and called me immediately. At that point, I decided that NMC needed to get their act together when it comes to billing and submit appropriately to the insurance company. After all, they had all the necessary insurance information and approval from the insurance company but, decided to use my friends charge card. I guess it was easier to attempt to get immediate payment from a credit card than to bill the insurance company. It took them a few days to figure out that they needed to bill the insurance company. The insurance company approved to pay for all BUT 9 cents of the rental bill. NMC called me and left a message telling me that my insurance was only paying them 9 cents for the rental and I needed to call them and make payment arrangements. I called NMC and informed them that they were completely wrong and that they received payment for the scooter except for 9 cents. I also told them that they needed to get a better handle on dealing with insurance companies with approvals and billing. I have good insurance and there was never a question of payment for rental for the scooter. NMC has billing issues which causes unnecessary problems for very needy individuals. I would not recommend this company for medical equipment rental. They are rude, do not communicate with clients effectively and clearly have no clue when it comes to dealing with insurance companies appropriately.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. I always feel welcome here when I come as I’m super shy and anxious. They ask if you need help and will help answer questions you may have. It’s the only place in NY I know about that has abdl products and they are 10/10 supportive and kind to their customers who come for this section! Always happy to return!

Been in the ABDL lifestyle for 25 plus years and I was nervous about going here. Not sure why I was but I was.The people that work here are incredibly awesome. I did not feel like I was looked down apon for the reason I was there which made me feel better and more relaxed.This might sound crazy but when I was paying for my purchase, I was asked if I found what I needed/looking for?That small question made me feel like they cared about me as the customer/person.Nice selection of abdl clothes and accessories.Looking forward the opportunity to go back.

Went there in August for a blood pressure cuff was told it had to be ordered. They still haven't contacted me. Poor customer service
