Completely blown away today by the customer service I received at RRS. I purchased shoes for my daughter that she later complained hurt her feet. Alexis from the Crossgates store went above and beyond to make sure I got to exchange the sneakers for new ones and made the process quick and painless. She was friendly and personable and compassionate and I really appreciated her going above and beyond. They have a customer for life with me. 10/10 recommend.

Horrible experience and a rip off! First of all the prices for the bogo deal listed on the shelf are not the same when they are rung into the register. The shoes actually ring up more like $5 more. I asked the cashier about this and she said that's how the sale is. Talk about false advertising. My sister asked about a military discount and the cashier snapped back that it's only offered on Tuesdays. As if that makes any sense. The cashier was rude and nasty, had an attitude when we asked about the increased pricing and the military discount. Please shop somewhere else where the prices stay the same as advertised and the workers aren't nasty to customers. I will never shop there again!

Nice selections of shoes, terrible online experience. No customer service on hold 15” w/o help, no real time chat feature online. If you buy online, there’s no return policy visible. Will never buy online from this company again.

Sold my grandmother the same side shoes and the employee who checked her out didn’t even check the box to make sure they were correct. She purchased them as a gift so she naturally grabbed the size she needed off the shelf and just took it up to the register. when we tried to take it back with all the needed information they told us to contact corporate since they couldn’t do anything without a receipt/box although we had the credit card it was purchased on. Manager told us to contact corporate although that was done we never heard from them so basically $50 went down the drain …

It’s really sad to say, but I will never shop at this store again. I had found a great pair of shoes I was going to purchase but was struggling to carry a bag I had received at a previous store. The bag ended up completely tearing and my clothes and shoes were all over the floor. I was so embarrassed and really frustrated and overall just overwhelmed. I approached the employee to ask if I could use one of their bags, even pay for it if I had to..because I was going to be making a purchase. The employee said no she would not give me one and made me feel absolutely horrible. What happened to the days where we would see someone struggling and offer to help them out. I work in retail and I always want my customers to leave happy and wanting to return. I was very shocked by this employee, Anniejulietta. I am incredibly disappointed w my experience; and they have definitely lost a customer for life. I will continue to pass along this story because I do not want anyone else to feel the way that employee made me feel.

I asked for a certain boot that wasn’t on shelf. Manager went in back to look, came out threw boxs and told me to order shoes online and shipped to my house and walked away. Horrible service!!!! I will never go back!!! Blonde girl with glasses be aware !!!
