DO NOT BUY FROM OLD BRICK! Sister bought a mattress last week, the Manager said it qoukd be delivered Monday and that someone would call her Sunday for a delivery time, no one did. She took today off from work and now finds out shes not scheduled for today and they tell her she was supposed to call, What??? Since this occured, her new mattress was delivered and she was harrassed by the delivery men. First they asked her why she was switching matresses when the one in the truck was the same, but it wasnt. Then they harrassed her and told her she that they needed to record a reason why she was changing the mattress. That was already done at the store, and there is no reason she has to be harrassed. I fell like an idiot because I recommended old brick to her, never again. I will let everyone know what horrible service the old brick provides. Now i know why you cant leave comments on their facebook page.

I always have a good experience at Old Brick! Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Franklin, was wonderful! He ! us exactly what we were looking for in our comfort & price range. We really appreciated it!

Went to Old Brick today to look for furniture for our daughters apartment. Had the best salesperson ever - Bob. The nicest & most patient person ever! We were there over 3 hours! Bob showed us around and suggested where to look. He was there when we had questions but also gave us our space. We finally decided on bedroom & living room furniture. Bob is the best!

Frank was great. Laid back, out of your face experience unlike other places we visited that same day and ended being thousands cheaper than competition. Very please with old brick and the staff there.

Huge selection of sectionals at good prices. All questions answered thoroughly and we didn’t have to search for a salesperson even though the store had plenty of shoppers. Once my husband and I made our decision, the paperwork was handled friendly, professionally and we were back out the door in about 25 minutes. We are looking forward to our new furniture delivery! Thank you Old Brick!

Claudette was very helpful she greeted us as we came in the door. She was very polite, and energetic making sure to showed us the showroom and the clearance section .Claudette made sure we got exactly what we want and was comfortable with our selection she explained the insurance policy to us that we could not refuse. Michelle was also very helpful checking us out and telling us how she purchased her furniture from old brick.This was was first time in the store and I had a wonderful experience thanks so much

We were shopping around for a sofa, bed and dining table set. We had been to all of the large competitors and either found nothing or found things close to what we were looking for but the quality was lacking and the customer service in some places was over bearing. When we got to Old Brick the first person we saw was Jaime who smiled, said hello and let us know if we needed any help he would be glad to help us. He then let us shop. I did ask him where the power recline sofas were and from there he was nothing short of amazing. He took us right to the style sofa we were looking for, showing us a few different options. Once we settled on one, I decided to tell him what kind of bed we were seeking and, again, he did perfect, showing us a few options so we could make an informed decision. Finally, I happened to see a nice pub style table and chair set so he added that to our order. Jaime is one of the best sales associates I have ever dealt with and I've dealt with many. He is an asset to your company for certain! Thank you for the great service and prices!

I recently went to the Albany Team and the salesman was very informative and helpful.The two delivery men were awesome! Don't buy from here. bought a bed and picked up from the warehouse. Five minute drive home we find the box was wet and when opened, one of the frames had water damage. Old brick, blamed customer, now waiting 6 to 8 weeks for a replacement part.

Took forever and manager named Sel was an absolute ass to deal with. Never will I or my wife's family here again! Heed the warning or else. I would also check their 4 star? rating on my multiple review stores if I were you. Definitely not a 4 star rating? Not even close. Go to Raymore and Flanagan. At least you'll be treated with respect and get your moneys worth. Good luck to you!!!

While I am happy with our couch, one of the delivery people was terrible. In addition to complaining the entire time, he broke the couch by trying to jam the foot into the bottom of it. I spoke to the manager of delivery and he offered me $40 for our trouble, which I find insulting. My husband was able to fix the couch but I feel like we should have our delivery fee refunded. The couch was expensive, and now it is damaged permanently because of your delivery person. I feel very dissatisfied by this experience and, in spite of purchasing several pieces of furniture from Old Brick, I can not recommend it anymore because of the bad taste this left in my mouth.As a follow-up, a member of the Old Brick team gave me an email address to write to with my concerns. I sent them an email to which I have received no response. This is a terrible store with unresponsive staff and total disregard for the quality of their product, once you hand over the money. DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!

I highly recommend visiting a local store and asking for the mattress test. Old Brick has a bed unit which includes technology to scan your body to identify the best match for your body type. This is really incredible technology and fun to learn about. I want to thank Franklin for all his time and attention to complete the test and walk me through why identifying the best match based on my unique body is a key element in the decision making process. After the scan was complete, it provided a list with several matches which included a few different brands. He helped me test each one out and explained why the specific mattress was a match as well as explaining each one’s differences. Franklin was very patient and understanding while listening to my needs and sharing recommendations. He was extremely knowledgeable and it showed that he genuinely cared about making sure we got the best mattress for our needs based on the data and facts provided. The staff is very friendly and supportive but also works as a team so you never feel pressured while exploring the store. I also want to thank Dave, the manager, who was extremely helpful when discussing additional questions my husband and I had. Dave was extremely compassionate and helpful in making sure we got the best customer experience possible. A huge thanks to everyone on the team that assisted along the way.
