I've only been once so far but my experience was good. The display room was clean and they had a good selection of options. Staff were fast and professional. I went to the one on Central Ave and I was a little hesitant because of the location, but those worries were unfounded. I will definitely be going back.

I made an appointment to have some items appraised. They were nice on the phone, but I felt rushed in person. I had a total of three professional appraisals done and they offered about $20. The other two came in over 5x their offer. Olde Saratoga missed a valuable item as they didn't bother to look carefully. They might be better to buy from and go elsewhere to have an appraisal done.

I brought a coin here to get a value. I told them I couldn't sell the coin. They were great in helping me in a way that was best for my situation, and provided a lot of information. They even added a little plastic sleeve and paper envelope to put the coin in, for nothing! :) Thanks guys!
