Piece of advice for old blonde lady with glasses I recommend you give your paying customers more respect and courtesy. Had a rude interaction with her trying to return a product I bought online. Didn’t greet me in a nice manor. Proceeded to have an issue that I didn’t return it in the 30 day time period, there’s no pacsun store near where I live hence the reason I ordered the product which didn’t fit me. Asks for my card and Id then proceeds to tell me she can’t return my money to my card and can only give me store credit. Which isn’t a problem I said okay and she replied with your only getting 20$ back do you want the store credit ? Asked me this twice. Obviously if I’m here to return something I’m going to want something in return for the product I bought let’s use context clues. Also stated that her giving me store credit for what I purchased was something the store didn’t do after 30 days and next time she wouldn’t do the return for me even though I had the receipt. Even after I told her there’s no pacsun near where I live because I don’t live in Albany. When searching up pacsuns policies this obviously isn’t true and her giving me store credit wasn’t doing me a favor, just doing her job with a bad attitude. Wasn’t an extremely out of hand situation but I came in with no issues and a positive attitude and left feeling disrespected. Won’t be shopping at that pacsun again if she is working.

Rude employees. I literally apologized in advanced if I was in the way of an employee carrying a bin, and they literally walked up in front of me expecting me to move when it was totally unnecessary and they easily could have went around me just to be rude and feel something I guess.Considering I’m not a mind reader, I didn’t know which way they were going to begin with, so can’t get out of the way when I don’t know which way you are going.It’s like she purposely walked in front of me just to be rude

I get in the store and walk to the back. I have a stack of clothes in my hands, one of the workers has the audacity to come up to me and tell me the fitting rooms are closed bc they are short staffed. Meanwhile there are 3 of them “working”, and complaining about the job. They were not paying any attention to the job, and were talking about things that had nothing to do with the job instead of helping customers. One of them told me that the fitting rooms were closed because the people working the fitting rooms were stressed and they needed a break. There is no way this job is that hard that you are so stressed that you can’t give people a dressing room. If people are that stressed about the job then maybe they should quit because them not working at all isn’t helping the company. Worst experience by far and I’ve had many at this establishment. Very disappointed every time I enter the store, and I still can’t believe how rude these people were to paying customers.

Ridiculously rude employees, one of them with dark hair got mad at my friend for no reason. Also none of the girls were focused on their work and took forever to check us out.

One of the workers was so rude. The tags on a shirt I picked was missing and she asked me to grab a similar shirt and I told her I took the last one because she didn’t tell me why she needed the similar shirt (to ring up mine without the tag) and I also didn’t know what she meant. She proceeded to roll her eyes and had her coworker grab it and looked at my sister as if to sympathize for me not knowing what she meant. She got annoyed so easily and doesn’t know how to manage customers. Overall, not a good experience and she made us feel really weird and uncomfortable.

Very upset about my experience at the cross gates pacsun. I had recently received a coupon for 5$ off from the pacsun app. When I asked to use it the cashier told me it was online only. I then proceeded to show her where it said “Scan barcode for in store use” she glanced at my phone snd said it’s probably fake as she quickly checked me out. When I asked her to try and scan it she said no. Will not be returning.

hello, i’m very hurt by how i was treated in the cross gates pacsun. i was in there and i went to checked out and the worker must of been hurt by my presence. she was giving attitude, like fix yourself, i’m shopping so you have a roof over your head. stay humbled.

Ran to the mall for some Xmas gifts shopping, when I got to pacsun the cashier Anna, was so helpful, they didn’t have two items I was looking for in store. I felt like I might’ve came all this way for nothing but Anna showed quick thinking and ordered the two items online to shipped to my address, I only had cash on me for the items so thinking out the box Anna charged me for the exact amount for both items and used a gift card to help me complete my purchase. Anna made this shopping experience less hectic as possible and got the job done.

I had multiple online order issues since black Friday deals. My orders got canceled like 10times, then some of them went thru without me knowing it so I received way to many pairs of jeans under different order numbers. While trying to deal with credit card companies that processed way too many payments for items I haven't received, pacsun's online customer service in Phillipines and LA, I had to do returns here locally at Pacsun's store in Crossgates Mall Albany NY. Tia, one of the supervisors who assisted me with returns was amazing! She went above and beyond to figure things out, without knowing how complicated things were. I am very pleased with overall experience here in Pacsun's store at Crossgates mall. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

If you're going for a beach holiday to England, make sure you Pack sun, because it rains all the time in my homeland. This is a swimsuit store which is pretty expensive but has some pretty sexy stuff. There's a reason it's popular in all the malls across the country, and a lot of girls that I know would love this place. Barbie thinks it's good, but she can find much sexier and cheaper swimwear online, so she doesn't tend to shop here. She does love to browse though, and when we came in to have a look while we were touring the Crossgates Mall they were not particularly friendly, but they did have a few good items on sale.

So hard to find stuff in this store. Always jam packed with things.
