This store was a treat to walk into. There was a myriad of unique gift items, housewares, unique art, wonderful hand crafted chocolates that one fantasizes about.
Everything was set apart to see how to display the works,, if going to a new home.
Definitely a store I’d recommend, hope to visit again

Great shop and would love to do birthday/Christmas shopping here but an associate was rude to me for browsing (was not disruptive). Simply put, I will not be shopping here

Such a great gift shop! Like a hallmark store. Lots of options. Definitely go here if you need a gift for someone. Local handmade jewelry, food, crafts, scarfs, pottery, cards, and stuffed animals too for little kids. They also make fudge.

Went in to look around, ended up purchasing chocolates. Staff were not pleasant at the chocolate counter and extremely rude while checking out at the main register. I will not be returning. Overall left with an uneasy feeling from this experience.

I went there for the first time and had the worst experience of my life. They accused me of theft and took a picture of me without my permission. Then lied about taking my picture. Never going back.

Visited this store for the first time. I was looking for Lake Champlain Chocolates- which they stock. I will order directly from the chocolatier going forward because I witnessed an old woman with short “blonde” hair, behind the front counter, yelling and berating the 2 young women who we’re working on the register. So rude and so inappropriate! I told her that she should always give corrections in private- never in the front end in front of customers! This is common knowledge! If someone spoke to me that way on the job- I would go directly to the owner and file a complaint! I will not shop in a store that treats it’s employees so poorly! For the record- the cashier held her composure and was delightful, despite being publicly humiliated!

Our daughter and fiancé ordered their save the date and wedding invitations at Pearl Grant Richmans. They were beautiful and the staff, especially Margaret, was so helpful and accommodating. Thank you for the lovely addition to their wedding!

I recently tried to return a purse I bought a week ago. I had the receipt figuring they would credit my bank card. WRONG! They will only give a store credit, regardless if you have a receipt. This is a horrible business practice and will prevent me from making future purchases at the store. The store manager was also condescending and very rude.

Wonderful experience getting Wedding Invitations! Margaret was great to work with! She was patient with our questions and changes and very helpful!! I would 100% recommend Pearl Grant Richmans.

A beautiful storeGreat selection of cardsThe instore chocolate candy vendor is handy. Not many places to by nice chocolates.
