Yanira is the best! I previously had a horrible experience with another Banter and was very discouraged with buying jewelry from this company, but Yanira changed my mind! She met me with a warm smile and welcoming demeanor, and she was very knowledgeable about the jewelry. I absolutely LOVE the earrings she helped pick out. Definitely will be coming back to HER!

If you’re looking to get a piercing don’t go to this location. I went to the kiosk by the Apple Store and American eagle and the lady at the counter was dismissive and very rude. I wanted to get piercings with my sister. She didn’t show us the options until I asked, said their box of options was broken and spoke in a rude manner. I’m 24 and my sister is under 18 but she said the legal guardian or parents needs to be with her for her to get the piercing, which I have never heard of at any location before. She did not have a good attitude and I’m glad I left without getting any piercings from her! The location next to five below was AMAZING. If you want to get a piercing down go there instead!

I waited til the last min to get a ring. I saw the ring online and when I went to the store ( Crossgates) they had the ring. Online, there was 40% off, in store there was not. ( I didn’t know it was online only) , I tried to Purchase it and do an in-store pick up, but inventory was showing as if the store did not have the ring, even though I was at the store looking right at it. The employee went above and beyond to help me. She spoke to a representative from customer service (I called them to see if they could give me the discount as it was their fault inventory was messed up). She was patient and super kind!! Thank you Amber! Your kindness is greatly appreciated. We need more people like you in the world!

My husband and I took our son and daughter to get their ears pierced together and were so, so happy with the entire experience. The employees were friendly and helpful and the woman who did the piercings, Kim was absolutely amazing. She is kind, funny and kept the mood fun. She made my kids (and us) very comfortable and talked them through every step and the piercings were perfect! I am so glad we read the reviews and went with this Piercing Pagoda because this was a great experience that we will not forget. We will be recommending them to everyone!

Went to the one at crossgates next to American Eagle. The staff person we dealt with was excellent. She made my 5 year old daughter feel comfortable and relaxed. She was very knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.

Went to this Pagoda kiosk(by Dave & Busters) and after waiting a few mins was greeted by one of the 4 girls working. I showed one of the girls my email from Banter about early access to the BOGO deal for card holders just to verify that it was correct and she said no. So I read her the email and she responded that it was only for people who are newly applying for the card. She then turned around and asked someone who she claimed was the assistant manager for confirmation and she too said it was only for newly applying members without acknowledging me or the email. So I left and went to the other kiosk(by apple) and they helped me make my purchase and use my coupon. They were so nice. My problem with the first kiosk wasn't that they wouldn't honor my valid coupon. It was that they were not willing to read the email that I was trying to show them that contradicted what they were telling me and their overall unwillingness to help. Very poor customer service.And again I just want to mention the girls at the other kiosk by apple. They were so great from beginning to end.
