Annalisa was very helpful. She took her time and honestly answered my (many) questions about each earring before piercing my ears.
I ended up getting 5 piercings. The earrings are good quality (gold and diamond), and the piercing process only took a few seconds each. Well worth it.
The other woman working there, Kyra (sorry, if I misspelled the name) was also pleasant and helpful. She offered me recommendations that were more “local” for me (I’m from nyc).
Overall, great service from both, and so far, no issues with the piercings.

I was pierced by Laurencia today, who was friendly, patient, attentive and helped me achieve my vision perfectly. She talked me through the process with kindness and positivity which made the experience easy and painless. Both she and her associate Analissa were welcoming, helpful, and informative. Definitely consider them for your next piercing!

We had a great experience!! I wish I got her name (wasn’t listed on the receipt either) but she was amazing. She made both my girls feel very comfortable- they are 5 and 7. She walked them through and showed each step and cheered them on. It was perfect! The girls are so excited. Thank you! We would definitely come back again.

On July 15th 2025, I decided to get my ears pierced with a 3rd piercing. I went to Banter by Piercing Pagoda in The Colonie Center Mall in Colonie, NY. I was so excited and extremely lucky to have met a fantastic employee named Kyra who did such a spectacular job in piercing my ears. She was so Professional, Kind, and caring during the entire process. I Thank Kyra so much for making my Birthday ear piercing such a special occasion and memory for me. Banter is so lucky to have Kyra working for them as I am in having her as a new friend.
