We traveled from Danbury, CT to purchase a 2016 Crosstrek for our daughter. We couldn't be more pleased with the condition of the car which presented as new. The quality of service was amazing as John and Steve were a pleasure to work with. They were welcoming and friendly and we even exchanged some fun stories. We would definitely consider buying another car from Quail Auto as it was the best car buying experience ever!

Just picked up a 2017 Dodge Caravan from Quail Auto. Stephen was very helpful and patient with us while we sorted out the financing with our bank. Very satisfied with the vehicle. Would definetly recommend them to any one looking for a used vehicle.

I have owned my truck less than 2 years. In the first 90 days the cat needed to be replaced. Then the wheel hub, and fuel pump. A sensor had been recalled, which GMC took care of. Though, while at GMC it was discovered that the battery in the truck was the wrong size. My front brakes needed to be replaced as they were last done at the garage that this dealership uses. Before that could be done the caliper bolt came off and blew the tire out and it ended up contributing to th
